What happened to me? I Scared!

Hello to all. Ihave 27 year old. In the days 28 June - 3 July I applied ointment on the penis Reparil Gel (Escine; Heparin; Saline diethylamine) recommended by doctor to restore skin and, I exercised a perhaps too intense masturbation but it’s strange. The next morning (4 July) I wake up with a dead penis, atrophied that the smaller and less dense than it was normally in flaccid state; it is extremely very soft, The penis appears gelatinous and flat, if it is empty inside! So much so that it bends in every way and in all directions to make a knot and as if it were empty inside so as to appear extreme flat, I no longer have any sensitivity and feel a total detachment of the penis as if it were a foreign body, it is also very light and not heavy as it was before decadent to dead weight! The skin is loose and wide and burns, penis numb to the maximum none sensitivity to ice, the penis to the touch burns a lot. I have no libido or desire and no erection night or morning, manually they are very soft! Viagra does not work! It’s been a month, nothing is resolved and I’m desperate! Has anyone had similar problems? I was fine before the ointment! So is that? All the problems that other users have had with other drugs, all similar. Whether it’s nerve damage, venous or PC muscle? Ipp? Damage to the suspensory ligament? I thought of a sudden-abrupt hormonal imbalance, fords DHT? I performed Total Testosterone (4.59 ng / ml); Estradiol (29, pg / ml); PRL (11.79 ng / ml); FSH (5.6 mIU / ml); LH (5.0 mIU / ml) and finally free testosterone (17.00 pg / ml). Should I do DHEA-S, DHEA, DHT, SHBG? I Scared

You can try alpha-tocopherol pills (vitamin E) at 50mg/day.
You could experience side effects like diarrhea.

Grazie Andrea, proverò… sta situazione è terribile

I have the exact same problems with burning and loose skin on the penis, ice doesn’t feel cold etc, for me my whole body is like this, just burns and feels uncomfortable to touch my skin. Hope we can get this sorted

Hi @Demon - yes this is a symptom some of us suffer here. I’m sorry to hear you’re going through this, I can empathise. For clarification, were you suffering from PFS before using this ointment, or had you used finasteride or any such product before? I’m not personally familiar with the main ingredients and their pharmacology but I can see there are essential oils in the ingredient list shown recently to be capable of anti-androgenic activity.

I did not suffer from PFS nor did I take finasteride.

I also have numbness in the hands, and loss of sensitivity to the rest of the body, like the feeling that they are oily and instead are dry, it is simply a nightmare! Does anyone else have a symptom?

what you wrote is very strange. You did not mention range for your blood test. Please re-write blood reading with range. Also get your vitamin D and thyroid checked.

One of the ingredients in reparil (Diethylamine Salicylate)appears to be similar in structure and effect as one of the ingredients in ICY/HOT (Methyl Salicylate).

The numbing effect might be expected in areas where it came in contact with your skin, but surprising that it has lasted so long.

I have skin anaesthesia (and 100 other symptoms like emotional numbness, brain fog, fatigue…etc) exactly like you describe, from SSRI use.I remember when i crashed my skin was very oily. It started when i tappered from the drug.

  1. “Heparin-binding epidermal growth factor-like growth factor stimulates androgen-independent prostate tumor growth and antagonizes androgen receptor function.”

BOOOOM!!!
2. Because dihydrotestosterone was approximately 4-fold more potent than testosterone in stimulating basal FSH release, we examined
the effect of testosterone in the presence of heparin, a substance which may be used to inhibit
steroid 5o-reductase activity. FUCKKKKKK!!!

3.Because dihydrotestosterone was approximately 4-fold more potent than testosterone in stimulating basal FSH release, we examined the effects of testosterone in the presence of
heparin, an inhibitor of steroid 5-reductase activity (Krzanowski and Troop, 1968; Steinberger and Fisher, 1971; Leveque and Grotjan, 1982). If the action of testosterone is mediated in part via 5a-reduction to dihydrotestosterone (or other 5a-reduced metabolites), inhibition of steroid 5-reductase should shift the testosterone dose-response curve to the right. Unexpectedly, heparin appeared to have an effect on cultured anterior pituitary cells exclusive of possible inhibition of steroid 5a-reductase activity. The addition of 1000 U/ml heparin appeared to maintain more responsive cells in terms of basal and LHRH-induced FSH release (Fig. 5). Heparin shifted the testosterone dose-response curve for 48-h basal FSH release upward (P.<0.01) and to the left (P<0.05).

Are you shocked that such a simple cream can make this shit? It’s a topical finasteride!!!

Thank you so much iull1k… I SHOCKED

Which other symptoms do you have? How is your emotional state? Thank you

Hi Friend, Other symptoms are weakness, weight loss, depression, anxiety and times when I would like to commit suicide. Days go by and I get worse, my penis is getting alwais smaller and my skin is very shiny and melted. Another strange symptom is that the tip of the penis is constantly wet! From what I do not know, it’s not sweat! I have no sweat in the rest of the body! Then I have a loss of sensitivity in the rest of the body, numbness joint. I’m going crazy! My doctor who gave me the ointment, I…:hocho::hocho::hocho:!!!

Absurd! In addition to Heparine, which is like Finasteride. In the topical compositions of the 5-alpha reductase there is the other ingradient of the Reparil gel diethylamine which causes, among other things, also harmful effects on the nervous system (Topical compositions comprising 5-alpha reductase inhibitors, Dr Reddy’s Laboratories Inc Priority date 2008-08 -21) https://patents.google.com/patent/US20100048598

Furthermore, Diethylamine as the Methyl salicylate, which blocks the production of prostaglandins and causes platelet dysfunction. “reducing the formation of prostaglandins, and causes platelet dysfunction.” (Gilman, AG, TW Rall, AS Nies and P. Taylor (eds.), Goodman and Gilman’s The Pharmacological Basis of Therapeutics, 8th ed, New York, NY Pergamon Press, 1990, p. 653) https: // toxnet.nlm.nih.gov/cgi-bin/sis/search/a?dbs+hsdb:@term+@DOCNO+1935

This is why they manifest themselves so aggressively!!
So two finasteridi directly applied on the cock !!
Who gave me this shit I kill him!!!

I doubt that your sides are because of Diethylamine. All your current issues are because of Heparin
It’s insane that a simple cream with Heparine does have the same outcome like SSRI.

But It is also absurd that the SSRI cause it! Someone has had the same with simple alpha lipoic acid and l-arginine! Crazy really! Cfr. my story

Do you have emotional blunting because of stress, or you woke up blunted and after this you noticed penis numbness? Thank you

Anything with the capacity to inhibit the AR or sharply lower the availability of active ligand seems to be able to cause this. I’ve only seen the abstract here but this study seems to have observed alpha lipoic acid derivatives to be as effective as bicalutamide, which is quite surprising

Could someone control this substance? Oxerutina

Ciao! I know your situation.
First of all, be patient. I know Italy quite well, so I know what you can test.

Some hints: do the tests I suggested.
Test also for Androgen Resistance.
Do a Doppler sonography on your penis. They might inject some stuff to get you an erection to see what is there. Ask them how they bring down the erection! It is a second injection and other ingredient.
Check your HGH levels asap!
Buy L-citrulline! (HGH agonist). To be found in dark chocolate, but esp.in Water melons! Research for nutrition pushing HGH!
Testing: you could test your pudendal nerve!

Then, I suggest to take low dose cialis 2.5 mg every other day.
You could start doing intermittent fasting: sating just once a day 1-2 a week. The rest of the week, eating normally. Try avoiding sugar at all for two weeks.
Once every two weeks doing a 24-36h water fast.
This is the fastest and safest way for progress. Don’t take any drugs for the monent.

IF you are able to do so, do 7day water fast. Eat 3-4 days before that just fatty things - no carbs. I would start with that. During fast, no supps, nothing except water and! a bit sea salt in it.
Good luck!
