It made it worst. The only anxiolytic that enhanced sedation was Silexan (lavender oil extract) but it’s also a phyto estrogen and had bad effects on sex drive and all sexual aspects. Plus it makes it darn hard to get up in the morning. I haven’t tried Phenibut. Drugs availability is limited in Thailand.

What Kava Kava brand are you using ? I have some from Bulk Supplements. Ratings are good.

For now, I will stick to my regimen and wait for Sulforaphane.

I bought some Kava capsules off amazon that have good reviews but I’m more interested in trying some high quality kava from a distributor. I’ll let you know how the capsules work.

I’m suprised to hear that passion flower made your sleep worse. I keep reading how it is a gaba agonist. I tried it twice now. It helps a little bit for me but I think its bothering my stomach so I havent made a decision yet if it is something I want to continue to use. My goal is to have several things I can cycle to help with sleep. I also hear people talking about Kratom but it sounds kind of dangerous.

Yes, passion flower ia a GABA agonist, and I take pills that act on the GABA receptors. Two things can happen: a double knock out, or interference. I get the later with passion flowers and the previous with lavender.

But I don’t have any reasons to change my regimen now. I’ll receive sulforaphane in 3-5 days, try and raise my 3A-HSD while keeping 5ar in balance as well, and then I should produce ALLO. To me, this is an experiment I need to prepare for by being as stable as I can to begin with. Then I’ll go very slowly into it. (and stop at first sign of trouble, or reduce if I got good effects before getting trouble)

Hey @Ozeph in what form are you taking sulforaphane? Is it a supplement or are you getting it directly from broccoli sprouts?

It’s the most concentrated and isolated form I found.

Let me do the testing. They’re no point messing up two persons when only one would prove the point.

I ordered 1000mg broccoli sprout extract and only took one dose but I’ll hold off on more until you report back. I’m not sure if I would even get enough sulforaphane from this though

Day 96: Not much to report. Sleep is not very good, around 6 or 7/10 and it’s enough to go through the day. There is no other symptoms.
I’m as low carbs as I can, trying to stay under 20 gr a day. I do take a bit of honey and milk before sleep, as well as cheese.

I’m trying to stabilize my body as much as I can before the Sulforaphane experiment.

Hey Ozeph, i wanna ask something. Do you think that is there any relation between low intensity orgasms and dopamine? Can i try this regime for my orgasm satisfaction problems?
Im very mild case, have low semen and orgasm problems. Thats all.

Which part of the regime do you want to try? For dopamine you can take Ritalin or another dopamine agonist

I noticed a direct relationship between my testosterone / estrogen ratio and sex drive and sensitivity. Especially sensitivity and especially when I take vitamin A.

In my opinion, it’s a good idea to raise Dopamine. Take L-Dopa 350 mg (from mucuna pruriens) once or twice a day. It’s natural, non addictive and builds up tolerance only after 3 years, after which you can stop 1 week and then you’re good for another 3 years.
Because Dopamine depletes your Serotonin which can cause problem, you also want to take either Tryptophan 1000 mg or 5-HTP 100 mg Once a day would be enough, twice a day would give you a boost of calm and confidence. They have to be taken with Tyrosine, also to avoid depletion, at least 500 mg a day, more if you have brain fog (I take 1000 mg, some take 2000 mg)

Vitamin A 10000 IU a day (or every 2 days, see how you feel) and to improve your testosterone / estrogen ratio you need 800 mg of Choline bi-tartrate and 800 mg of Betaine HCL. This will metylate bad estrogen and get rid of it (also detoxify your liver and improve your acetyl-choline neurotransmitter complex which in turn will improve digestion.). Mix the Choline and Betaine in water or take the pills after a meal. They are both quite acid so I prefer powder mixed in water, with natural orange and lemon flavor and soda. I get a tangy fizz drink that goes down well and tastes good. Start at 400 / 400 mg a day and work you way up to 800 / 800 mg if you need.

And lastly, you may need to increase your androgen levels with Pine Pollen, Horny Goat weed and Tribulus Terrestris, taking them one at a time at recommended dose and cycling them every week (taking 1 herb for 1 week, another one the next week and the third one the third wee. And back again)

@Apr1989 has a nice technique of slowly increasing the dose in the first half of the week, and slowly decreasing in the second half of the same week. I like this, it’s less brutal for the body. Update: still cured, raging libido for the last four years

Seems like a bunch but in my opinion, and especially about sexual symptom, not a single thing will fix it. You need a multiple approach. It’s also my opinion to avoid unnatural drugs. Most of them cause liver damage as they are molecules the human body is not made to deal with and can be addictive. All the products I’m suggesting are produced by the body which is well adapted to deal with surplus and elimination. It does not upset anything. They actually improve your liver functions instead of damaging it.

I’m not a certified health professional, those are only suggestions based on my own study and experience with those supplements.

800mg is 3/4 of 1/4 tsp

I prefer putting 8 gr of each in a 1.5 liter bottle, add lemon and orange natural flavor then water to the rim and take 150ml plus soda water once a day. This way you get exactly 800mg of each.


@Ozeph is there anything bad about taking vitamin A and K? I took a generic report that said I should suppliment A,K, and E. I know B vitamins can be bad for people on this forum, but what about the others? I also take C every day. Also isn’t accutane the same thing as vitamin A?

I don’t know about accutane.

A, K and E are soluble in fat. They can accumulate and you can overdose. This varies depending on your body fat. The more fat you have, the more you can accumulate. So I’m careful not to overdo it.

A and K helps produce Androgen. I also take all B and it’s helpful to me. (B is soluble and water and gets eliminated easily). Sometime I take E, sometimes not. I haven’t made my mind yet. I read it can be good for us, or lower testosterone and be 5ari. I suggest to be cautious with E and do your research.

I do take half a pill a day of vitamin C, just in case.

Day 99: I pushed the ketogenic diet, cut carbs as much as I can (even got kale out of the diet because it’s got 16 gr in the 200 gr portion I typically eat). I reduced a bit the protein and increased saturated fat to elevate my calorie intake. Sleep has improved in the last 3 days, averaging 8/10. Hell, last night was a 9/10

I still take 3.5 mg of Clonazepam (a benzodiazepine) and 7.5 mg of hydroxyzine (an anti-histamine and that’s 3/4 of a pill when the suggested dosage is 1 or 2 pills). It is my goal is to have good sleep without these. Clonazepam maximum daily dose is 12mg and hydroxyzine sedative dose is 70 to 100 mg. I’m far from those doses.

I will first taper off Clonazepam slowly (I’ll take 3 mg tonight and see what happens. If it’s good, I’ll keep at 3.0 mg for a week before going down 0.5mg again).

I’m soon to receive Sulforaphane. When I do, I’ll have to take 5ar boosting supplements and I may have to reduce the sleeping pills faster. (if it works)

How long have you been taking the Benzos?

I took Alprazolam for 5-6 weeks, had to increase the dose as tolerance builds up fast with that one then I switched to Clonazepam and stabilized the dose between 3-4 mg, depending if I’m in a calm routine at home, taking all my supplements, or having stress on a trip and missing out on some supplements (and of course be off track in following my routine).

Benzodiazepine doubles up the chances of getting dementia but I’m still at less than a year taking those. You understand why I make finding a natural alternative my priority.

Day 100: Well I did take 3.0mg of Clonazepam (0.5 mg less than normal) and 7.5 of Hydroxyzine (as usual). Sleep went down to 5/10. I woke up after 4-5 hours of sleep, was pretty awake, then I doze off after half an hour and kept waking up and falling half asleep the rest of the night. Lots of dream, poor sleep quality.

So no can do. This insomnia symptom is encrusted in me and in homeostasis. Nothing will change until I go touch the specific mechanisms that cause this. That what i intent to do and I will have to be very delicate about it. It’s likely to throw my whole hormonal system off balance until I find a new (and hopefully better) balance and reach homeostasis in that new balance.

It’s double or nothing. I can fix my last symptom or make myself worst and who knows where I’ll end up after throwing the dice ?

But I’ll use my usual approach. Start with low doses, stay vigilant, stop if it makes me feel bad or reduce if it made me feel better and then worst after increasing again.

Let’s see what happens, I’ll keep you posted and I’ll detail exactly what, when and how much I take.

Ok. To day I start Day 1 of Sulforaphane experiment to boost 3a-HSD and try to get some ALLO pumping.

Considering 3a-HSD also destroys DHT, I’m taking Boron 3 mg, Creatine and cycling herbs to boost testosterone and 5ar.

I’m starting to load up of Creatine today. 3th of March: 12 gr for 10 days after which I will do a maintenance dose of 3 gr a day.

The herbs I’m using are Pine Pollen, Horny Goat Weed and Tribulus Terrestris. I cycle every week, taking half dose on first and second day, full dose on day 3,4 and 5, half dose on day 6 and no dose on day 7. Then I move to the next herb.

As for Sulforaphane, I’ll start with 10mg, which is 5 drops of the Liposomal solution I bought, and I’ll increase the dose by 2 drops a day. After a week, I’ll be at 22 mg and after 2 weeks at 36 mg and at 50 mg after 3 weeks. I may remain at 50 mg for a while or increase depending what effects I get from all of this.
