Zadig777 is Dead

Really feeling down about this, I talked to him loads, not for a couple of months. I tried to help him but nothing seemed to work.

Does anyone just feel like they need a hug sometimes

It’s great that you’ve said that @irishguy754.

I think it would be extremely valuable if people said if they wanted to talk to someone and also if people would say they would be happy to talk to someone who needed some help.

A buddy system would be great.

I also think it would be great if people could arrange to meet up.

I know when I met up with someone from here it was a great experience for me.

Exact, bravo! This is a post to remind Zadig, our friend, and NOT to talk about capitalism or liberal democracy and Bolshevism. Things that make me vomit.

I’ve only been on the forum a few months and find it very useful. I’m crushed by the many symptoms and have lost everything my wife and job included. I message some outside of the forum which again helps me greatly. A buddy system or personal is a very good suggestion, thanks Greek.
I live in the north east of England if anyone wants to get in touch. Most of the people around me have either fled or don’t want to talk about it which bring the isolation. I’m sure lots of you can relate.Reading about Zag is very upsetting, the poor lad should have had his life ahead of him, can’t describe or give him fitting words. I’m 52 and have to be greatful that this torture didn’t hit me at such a young age. May he be at rest

Our sincere condolences regarding this tragedy to Zadig’s family. I do hope his family are managing OK and that he has found some peace.

Many people have been expressing the feeling they’d like better connection and friendship, even in this thread

I agree. @awor gave me a hug and it cheered me up

Following many requests I have implemented a new category to discuss coping, and a system to facilitate meetups in the hope of expanding patient support. Please see the following post for those who are interested.

Thank you all for your kind words regarding what has happened, and thanks to @Northern_Star for the great post about what we can do together. I hope we can continue to endeavour to show kindness and support to one another, particularly those most severely affected by this condition. x

Rip Zadig, we pm’d a bit seemed like a good guy. Unfortunately it’s generally the younger guys, teenagers - early 20’s that end up committing suicide, I think going forward we need to try and support the youngsters more, if that’s possible, they’re far more vulnerable.

PSSD in his case, all of his story is on pssdforum.

ah ok thank you george.

Sweet thoughts for Zadig, his family, his friends … One more, how many are they really?
Once again, I say that these departures must lead us to denounce higher, stronger. If someone has contact with his parents, I want to write to them because I know their pain to have myself lived this loss and I sincerely believe that we parents of victims can denounce these medical crimes.

Please, to those who are feeling really desperate, there is a light along the way, NO MORE SUICIDE, I took finasteride for 11 moths along of 2006, my symptoms started in 2008 sleep problems, week erections and form there to worse in 2011, pick down in 2012 even worse, 2013 almost the same as 2013 and 2014, in 2015 just a little better and 2016 definitively better that previews years, 2017 much better, 2018 a lo better and this year better than last year, penis numbness is better, sleep problems are better( I do not take sleeping pills) just still sleeping some times 5 hours, most of the time 6 hours, I was total impotent and now there erection are very solid and lasting, I was from no able to ejaculate not even with Cialis and now I feeling pleasure all the time, libido still low but some times I have some peak of normal libido, also able to manage erection with just thinking ( bust still giving me a little effort and timing ). neurological I was suicidal 24/7 from 2012 to 2015, now not anymore, I am relax, even sometimes in very rare occasion a have mini crash with little anxiety ( the crash are shorter and shorter, also the number of crash is also reduced with the time).
In others words guys PFS is reversible, it is long lasting yes, permanent I do not believe it.

I have also restless legs syndrome since my last crash with an antipsychotic (one pill). Since I was young I have had a very mild tingling sensation in my left leg only when I slept in planes, buses or uncomfortable places. Never when I slept in a bed. And it never got any worse.

Since the crash I have much more annoying sensations in both legs almost every night: tinglings, pain, desire to move the legs, and even involuntary movements, and muscle tension in both legs. It’s very annoying, and it makes difficult to focus on trying to sleep. It happens even sometimes when I am sitting.

I have been able to control some pains and feelings with meditation, but not this. I will start meditating and then reach a moment in which one of my legs will move or become very tense (this usually happens every 30-60 seconds) and takes all my focus away, as when they move they do it causing tension, pain or intense tingling.

I didn’t remember to add this to the survey.

I can imagine Zadig probably had a quite severe case of restless legs syndrome and many other problems.
