Well, I took up to 5.5 gr of Clonazepam in one dose before bedtime for more than a year. It’s a massive dose.

I used Gabapentin to cut down to 3.12 mg without any withdrawal but Gabapentin is brutal and is a brain killer. I don’t suggest it’s use.

If you want to cut down, tapper down by 0.25 or 0.5 mg per month until you’re done. I know, it takes time. Talk to your doctor about the procedure.

I have been feeling better and better every passing week. stronger and healthier. this week was the best week because I felt better. my sleep improved my energy is good and most importantly my dick feels better increased libido and drive.

I think the improvements I have now are from meat diet. this is what I attribute my improvements to meat diet.

it is worth a try what harm could it do? if you feel you are not feeling okay on the diet you can always get off.
that is what I think. fight try new things see what helps and what doesn’t this is my suggestion. I am talking about foods, diets and exercise. I don’t recommend any medication to solve PFS not even vitamins let your body heal it self.

one reason why I started this diet is because. our ancestors used to eat meat and fish. the fruits and veggies didn’t come in until recently. so for millions of years hunting was the main source of food gathering also but not that much and it was seasonal 1-2 months in a year maybe if they where lucky to find a fruit tree or a bush. this is what I think.

my seaman is normal like it was before, volume also increased.

I will post update at the end of this month I want to see more progress.

I agree. The more I eat meat only, the better I am. Meat and animal fat. I think this is what our ancestors were eating.

Do you guys do 100% animal products? Or do you have some fruit, nuts etc.

I have coconut milk and MTC oil, as well as coffee. Some macadamias, some spices…

Butyrate also increase BDNF and NGF, also B-hydroxybutyrate increase BNDF.

Yes, I was thinking of taking Sodium Butyrate supplements, at 1000 mg a day, but I found out that the ghee I’m eating everyday provides me with 3000+ mg of Butyric acid a day and at the same time, along with the Medium Chain Triglycerides, turn into B-hydroxybutyrate.

However, saturated fat reduces BDNF.

I increased my Chia seed intake to 20 gr a day. They are around 50% fiber, 25% protein and 25% fat, mostly omega 3. Almost no carbs.

Omega 3 increases BDNF and fibers turn in part into Butyrate due to gut bacterial activity.

I’m still taking Lactate and Pyruvate supplements, attached to a calcium backbone, in the hope of these two being beneficial. If they’re not, well , at leats I get some calcium.

Do you know anything about Lactate and Pyruvate regarding epigenetic? I’m asking because I don’t know anything myself aside from their role in protecting the Orexin receptors from being clogged with glucose.
I took them in the hope that a better Orexin regulation would mean better sleep. Apparently my insomnia is not linked to Orexin deregulation although I can’t know for sure.

What you are missing is that maybe those bacteria from the gut that turn fiber into butyrate are missing or the population is really low and never recovered after Finasteride, since the Italian study show alterations in gut microbiome composition.
You may are not getting the butyrate that your brain need by consuming food rich on fibre or fibre intake supplements.

What is the best way to get this in the body? Supplements?

Magnesium, Calsium or Sodium Butyrate supplements. BodyBio brand are good I found it on Amazon.

What form of magnesium should we take?

Ketogenic diet gets you Beta-Hydroxybutyrate (and so does fasting), Have ghee or butter as a source of fat and you get 3 gr of butyric acid per 100 gr of ghee, supplement with a chia seed keto pudding, they are 50% fiber, 25% fat which are mostly omega 3, and to turn the fiber into butyric acid by the guts biodome, have probiotics (lactobacillus) once a week.

Beta-Hydroxybutyrate is synergic with Butyrate. They work better together than twice as much of one or the other. Also, taking artificial external sources without having you body geared to use it is not as efficient as being ketogenic, producing Beta-Hydroxybutyrate yourself and getting Butyrate from natural sources such as ghee or butter and what your guts biodome produces out of fiber.

That’s what I’m doing and I should point out that probiotics have to be taken regularly, although not every day, to realign the guts biodome.

I take magnesium chloride, dissolved in water and with lemon juice to hide the weird taste.

It ionizes easily making it very bio available and you get to use both ions as electrolytes. (chloride is an electrolyte).

The electrolytes are sodium, potassium, magnesium, calcium, chloride and bicarbonate.

I checked those out and they are good choices. I was very tempted to get some. I decided to go with the butyric acid in ghee instead, just because it’s cheaper and fits better in my keto diet.

How about chelated Mg?
I was told its form was good elsewhere.

How does this supplement look?

Yes, That would do. It’s well assimilated by the body from what I understand.

OK
thanks

Sorry. I was mistaken:

“Both calcium and magnesium are examples where “chelated forms” are very little if any better absorbed. Inorganic compounds of both calcium and magnesium, say calcium carbonate and magnesium oxide, are easily separated and the calcium and magnesium ions are well absorbed – unless you are aged or otherwise have insufficient stomach acids (or take antacids every time you eat). If money is no object or stomach acid is weak, then calcium citrate is better than the much cheaper calcium carbonate (limestone).”

I would still go for Magnesium Chloride, but that’s only an opinion.

Hi, i saw in previous posts that you were goingo to try wobenzym, did you try it? How did you go?
