Sonic's raw food/juice/fasting

I often feel bad after i have breakfast. A friend of mine (he got pfs too) says that it’s because my gut is healing and taht i cannot stand food after many hours without it (on night, technically, we fast).

The day after i put hb on my head, i feel anxiety but not at level 9 like 1 week ago. But in the evening i feel more anxiety, without energy, without motivation. Skin is dry.

I woke up at 7 to call the doctor and after the phone call i could sleep again. It was an intermittent sleep but it was natural. I also dreamed.
By the way, my anxiety hit me when i woke up, the kind of anxiety that tightens your heart and doesn’t let you breathe. And i feel my skin is very dry.
Is it just the syndrome? Is it because i apply hb to treat my itchy scalp? Next sunday i’m not gonna apply it to see how it goes.

I’m interested to hear of keto or high fat diet outcomes for PFS symptoms. Your diet described looks quite low fat - is this just a one off? Ketogenic diets require a high fat intake.

exactly! i suppose he was drunk… my diet looks more like a paleo, since i only eat paleo foods.
i’m gonna ask him about his affirmation.

Positive things of the day: i had natural but intermittent sleep after the effect of trazodone. It was refreshing. My intestine seems to be fixed.
Negative things of the day: bad anxiety and my skin, as usual.

Today i slept for three hours… it’s really more than 30 minutes, even if was intermittent. btw, experience taught me that with this syndrome you have to be very cautious before singing victory…

Plot all the results on a graph and you’ll see how things are changing, as a general trend, if your measurements were accurate.

i should learn again excel… ok, as soon as i find time… btw seems that i only had little improvements with sleep, that’s all and is not encouraging :frowning:
