I’ve also been very good since I started sorghum. Still not 100%, but litterally no significant downturn worth mentionning since I started this diet. I keep eating sorghum on a daily basis and my side effects are much less invasive. Penile sensitivity, erections and libido are much better. My sleep isn’t great, but I don’t think it has anything to do with it.
Although libido is better, it’s still difficult to start. It’s a little strange … I don’t get aroused easy(looking at nice women). But once I get started, libido comes back pretty hard. This kind of worry’s me for the first time I will be with a women. Not sure if I will have to touch myself to get it going !
FYI, here are some sorghum recepies I have been making myself:
- Cook the sorghum in chicken broth. Cook “hamburger” meet (minced meat?), with onions, and a 10 ml of turmeric. Add diced tomatoes (from a can), and stir everything together. I even add nuts and roquette when I’m about to serve, and eat it as a dish! It’s delicious.
- You can eat popped-sorghum but putting it in a pan for a few minutes with coconut or olive oil. After a few minutes, I dump it into a cup with a little butter and salt, and eat it with a spoon! It’s a good “save” if you didn’t have time for a full sorghum meal.
- Pancakes: 2 tablespoons of flour, one egg, and a little milk until texture is good. Mix and cook. Simple and quick enough to have every morning!
