I think I’ve read some hype remarks from people in pharmacology that this is pretty novel stuff and could be a real trailblazer in the drug world if found to be effective. It does indeed seem to be the logical direction we’re going in as we’re finding out that dysregulated neuroactive steroid production to be the missing link that underlies many different psychiatric and neurological disorders.
Does anyone have a significant update on this? I’m talking specifically about Sage.
Very curious how these could affect us, hopefully in a highly positive way.

I believe there are several stage 3 trials, this is just one of them.
The last time I’ve checked the completion date was estimated for 2021 but now November of this year.
If we think that zulresso for postpartum depression is already available there’s really hope about a very fast phase 3 completion for the oral version in my opinion.
We can only hope.

Zurlesso is already available. Shame it’s prohibitively expensive. Would be fascinating if a PFS sufferer could try it out.

I’m forecasting that:
Sage + Cialis + Possibly CBD will be the basic treatment protocol “starter pack” in 2-3 years. Those three should help greatly with sleep, depression, anxiety, and sexual functioning. Hopefully libido as well…
CBD? it seems controversial, anti-inflammatory ok, but maybe anti-androgenic too. at least THC is.
I think the full spectrum might be anti-androgenic, not the isolate but I could be wrong. I’ve been experimenting with both for about 7 months and I definitely feel they help with anxiety
