I took it since I quit fin. And took it before that but irregularly.
I can’t say if it actually changed my pfs state, but I can say I don’t have alot of issues with anxiety. But it really depends weirdly enough on the situation.
It’s still definitely worse then before fin. But alot better then right after quitting fin.
I die have maybe 2-5 days without nac right after fin, but can’t pinpoint if the change has been due to nac or any other of the 10 supplements i take.
Whenever I have a sharp headache I take GABA with L theanine. Which happened often right after quitting fin, first two weeks or so. When I had trouble sleeping before pfs i took it as well. Gaba affects the the same pathway as benzo’s. Can’t say by what exactly but you should pook it up.
In have no issue sleeping, only the dreams disturb me sometimes. But the sleep itself isn’t bad.
The issue is: I can’t measure what benefits I get from it. Before fin I didn’t see any results that where cognitively obvious. But got it recommended to improve liver function on a bodybuilding discor d.
I trust that by improving liver function, by increasing gluthathione, a lot of side effects that would worsen could improve.
