hi, i have finished m treatment few days ago will update u in a few weeks. i have done 30 treatments but more is required usually. Cant say anything regarding improvements as i feel worse on these antibiotics.

You say āusually more are neededā but why isnāt Georgiadis clarifying whether more are needed? surely it would make sense to do another ultrasound before the patient leaves to confirm how much inflammation/ bacteria has been reduced.
No surprise you are feeling worse. Antibiotics kill the good bacteria in your intestinal tract, leading to upset stomach and diarrhea. Iām looking forward to seeing how you are doing after you are done with the pills

I was away because my work is intense in the summers.
I am steady with erection quality and strength.
I donāt feel extreme pleasure though, but lately i was bit by a fucking tickā¦ Yeah and guess where??? On my dick. So i have a stupid lump on it to take care too with some mild antibiotic. This makes my stomach a bit sick.
Its strange that 4 antibiotics powerful enough to kill me didnāt affect me, apart from fatigue and this shit messes up my stomach so badly.
Anyways, regarding overall improvement, i am steady for the last 3-4 weeks. With erections having improved more than i expected though. So is fullness of penis. I like that.
Testicles continue to bother me, yet less as time goes by. I donāt stress so much about it lately, all year long was a killer. Now i only think of it once per week or twice.
But since i still am not 100% with my testicular atrophy issue stopping i am not completely satisfied.
So i guess Dr.G was correct in me needing more treatments yet i think that some vitamins should be added now to improve immune response since i have nothing else to do or no more money and psychology to travel again to Kos. Some vitamins though make inflammation worse. I have to experiment with thatā¦

cytochromeās story is interesting. He had recovered completely ( according to him) after using DM but got sick after starting fin again. Did DM fix autoimmune (and inflammation caused by it as well?) response for good? I donāt know untill we really confirm autoimmune through some medical tests.
Just because dexamethasone has helped people it doesnāt mean itās the immune suppression thatās causing the benefit. Cytochrome, today has recovered to a satisfactory degree by the way.

Hi solonjk, glad to gear you are still going strong. I was curious, if you have testicular atrophy whether you plan to have hormones tested. Presumably your testosterone levels will be lower than they should be, correct?
I think solon was writing about improvements after only a few treatments and improvements reached a plateau. I canāt verify this though since he deleted his posts as you know

I just want to give an update. I am also in Kos for more than two weeks already and I have had 17 treatments. So far I have not seen any improvement. However, we were told that it takes time for effects to show up (hopefully!). I am still very skeptical and have my doubts about prostatitis being the cause for our ordeal (since I have been to four urologists in my home country all saying I do not have prostatitis or any inflammation whatsoever). Nevertheless, there are some guys here who have seen some improvement (e.g. in morning erection).

I myself have had some improvements which I did not expect so early, as I only did 10 treatements (penile size & tissue, morning erections). But anyways itās too early to say itās working or not. For the moment my only goal is to complete the treatment, as I almost gave up because of Cipro side effects which were SO STRONG on me. But now I am on glimbax and it seems that I tolerate it well.
