so do you think glutamine -> gluatmate -> GABA happens? gluatamte is the precursor to GABA. do you think it’s bad or it’s good? i think it would be good, but your comment about gluatmate still confuses me if it’s bad or good, even though it gets turned into GABA.
This makes a lot of sense for me.
I quitted fin 7 years ago “Cold Turkey”, but after one month I begun to see my urinary flow decrease, and I was going to piss more often (about 5 times in a day). The problem getted worse for about 1 year and after that It had been stebilized. I pee every 3-4 hours and I have a very low flow (10 ml/s peek), also low “power” of ejaculation.
One of the many exams I’ve done says that there is an uretral spasm that bloks urine flow.
This uretral spasm, makes urine go inside prostate making prostate inflammation. Inflamed prostate leads low libido, ED, testicular pain (low free T), etc… It’s a vicious circle…
One thing that I don’t understand is why the benzodiazepines I’ve taken to mitigate that problem, hasn’t worked at all.
I’ve also done some internal relaxation manipulations for trigger points releasing (sometyhing like the stanford protocol), but with no luck. Maybe only massages and stretching without GHB can’t really relax all the pelvic area…
PS: someone talked about leaky gut: my faeces has always mucus in it… maybe this is another gift from fin…
mucous in your feces shows you that your body is having digestion issues. get an IgG food anti body test to see your food allergies. it also could be crohns.
I’ve done blood test for Celiac Disease and it was negative. I’ve also done a rectoscopy and they found nothing… (no crohns)
I have to make other allergy tests, but doctors seems confused about that argunmet.
Another thing I have very often is the “poo pellets” problem…
So, I wanted to include what happened to me tonight. I have not had a full erection(about 50% at most) since Thanksgiving when I had my 2nd slow crash/decline after the 3 month period when I believed I was cured (because my course had followed Merck’s prediction that everything would return to normal after 5 weeks or so).
Anyway, i have been stretching my lower body for a few days and today I attempted masterbation and before doing so I relaxed my pelvic region and made sure I did not flex my penis during masturbation(which I always do). What happened was a total shock. But for the first time in months I acheieved a full erection. And usually after orgasm my penis immediately loses all blood. BUt this time that did not happen and a lot of blood stayed for at least 5 minutes after.
NO idea if this is related but it seems like too much of a coincidence to not be.
And with pelvic tension fading away which benefits do you feel?
I have never tried abstaining for up to 5 days because urologists said me that’s better to eiaculate at least every 4 days to decongest the prostate (and my prostate is always inflamed).
I have to try.
This can probably be tied into a larger topic about the PFS orgasm’s effect on the body and muscle tightness/stiffness. While the pelvic tension surely effects the genetalia and erections, I doubt muscle tension is generally local to the pelvic region, though considering it’s the core it may be some of the most apparent…
Agreed. I notice all my muscles are more tight than before. When I have gone through recovery periods the difference is very noticeable. At this minute my whole body just feels tense, it’s hard to relax.
