Progesterone treatment?

“If you want to copy nature and reproduce a hormonal environment that most closely resembles a normal premenopausal woman”

Why would a man want to do this? Get down the gym and workout the endorphins will cure your brain fog/depression issues IMO. Dr Goldstein is right to say this protocol is dangerous. Too many bizarre and dangerous protocols on this site.

For something that’s dangerous it has the highest success rate of anything I’ve seen on the forum outside of working out and fasting.

Honestly even more successful than those two considering how relatively quick and long lasting the results seem to be. It seems though that the best way to truly reap the benefits is to optimize your health first. My plan is to continue my paleo diet for a month or two, do a juice fast pretty soon, and after the juice fast start cycling test boosters (while working out heavily obviously, that’s a given if you want to make any progress). Once my test is up and my body feels ready, I’m gonna try the cream. I’m gonna start a log once I get going on my protocol and I’ll come back to this thread to update once I’ve started progesterone.

Week 15 - Had another week of slight increase in how I feel, despite even having a 24 hour fever / flu on Tuesday (must be tax day syndrome). Felt great on Wednesday, absolutely phenomenal like a cyclist instead of a hypocyclist. Last night I also slept really well, and woke up at 4:30am ready to get the day started so I went into work early 5:30am and am now just about ready to leave for the day. I haven’t made any changes intentionally yet but did notice the two times that I have forgotten to take the prami portion of the protocol, the following day, I feel great, which leads me to think I should start weaning off of this part of the protocol. I’ve had absolutely zero “urination anxiety” the past week, the only lingering symptom I’ve seen no change in is my libido / desire level. I will be starting a weight training routine on Monday and will report back of that has brings any additional improvements or set backs. I haven’t decided on tapering off the prami yet or not, so feedback on that aspect would be appreciated. Feedback on the effectiveness of progesterone therapy without reading and researching more thoroughly is not needed. Congrats to the others willing to try something and seeing results.

Could you post what your baseline was before starting the treatment?

5’11" 205 pounds. Lots of frequent urination / urgency and embarrassing moments, dreaming never, horrible sleep and little to no consistency in erections, highly anxious and little motivation to “get things done” except at the last minute or when I absolutely had too. Only felt really good at the tipping point between buzzed happy drunk and forget what happened your an annoying dbag drunk (alcohol has a more depressing effect now, I still love the taste of beer though). Was on Armour and T3 before and on Armour and T3 now for Hashimoto’s Thyroiditis.

So how would you say it has improved your libido and erections overall?

Libido - from 2 to a 5 out of 10
Erections - from 6 out of 10 to 9.5 out of 10

Maybe it “works” for some people because it is dangerous just like chemotherapy in that it provokes a reaction in the body.

That is entirely possible.

its russian roullette like fin.
some of guys claim recovering with this and some says it causes crash and takes 1 year to come back baseline.

I’ve used it my self and have not noticed much effect from it either positive of negative.

Nobody has said that.

i read that i swear. i will find this post when my brainfog is better .

No I crashed hard and feel better after 1 month. Robbo crashed and said it took the rest of the year to get better, not a whole year.

he said this

finatruth you know i was thinking use progesterone cream too , and asked you and you answered me . and then i saw this.
i will not use anything until end of the year like you said.

You have to have context for everything. The common theme among people it has worked for is high testosterone and super healthy lifestyle. It’s not going to work unless you have excellent health and take all other measures so optimize your recovery, can’t just use it and do nothing else and hope for the best. I have no idea what his health was like, but for those who were successful they were also lifting, eating super well, and had high t

yeah i have a fear to crash one more time. and i became a suspicious person after the fin.
when i read even low percentage side effects i am worrying. its reminds me this fucking poisons %2 side effects.
be careful anyway

I understand your concern but to beat this it’s worth it to take some risks, especially when so many people have has such success. That’s how I’m looking at it at least

I stand corrected, but I’d agree with Mattt. Fin really fucked our bodies up and it’s probably going to take some drastic measures to click things back into place. But the track record for prog on the forum so far is 2 guys having a bad reaction, some having no reaction, and a dozen having decent improvements or being damn near cured. I think those are pretty good odds. But it’s totally up to the individual if it’s a risk they’re willing to take.
