While it can be great during emergency care, our primary care isn’t anything to brag about.
Especially when it comes to more exotic diseases. They do everything they can to not give you a MRI or other expensive diagnostic tools. So you really have to push to get anything done.
After you’re diagnosed it’s generally smooth sailing though. So it has up and downs.

I have noticed in the past week or two, that if I leave it more pumped up in the flaccid state (i.e. 35% as opposed to 5%) then there is wayy more sensitivity.
Can you explain more? Is that similar to what it’s like when having a half chub for example? As opposed to totally flaccid / shriveled?
I guess that is the best way to describe it. I never go back to “shriveled” even at 5% though. Basically you are always a show-er, no longer a grower.
Moonman if i’m not wrong in the past you stated that with alpha blocker+ viagra you were able to have sex. So why the decision to go for an implant?

Correct, but pills are never a fully reliable source. You have to time things correctly, make sure to not eat or drink within a certain window, and often have terrible side effects. Alpha blockers + PDE5i’s lower blood pressure dramatically, one time I nearly passed out and always felt like a zombie the following day. With an implant, I go about my day and life as a normal man without worries or logistical schedules for sex.

No, that is not something that occurs. Its not replacing an organ and the body forms a capsule around it once its implanted.
I think it should be very similar to a women’s breast augmentation?
So the risks are there but very small.
A living organ on the other hand need it’s cells replenished continually, which makes it much more complex.

You would be entirely without erectile function, which is exactly why it’s a last resort.
Complete failure of the implant process, including recovery surgeries if required, is quite rare, and post operation satisfaction levels for successful implants are quite high (understandably, I think - a functioning modern implant gives more or less instant gratification where drugs cannot).
However, it’s true that it is largely recommended to patients who do not have a lot to lose - that is, those who cannot function meaningfully without an implant anyway.

That is not entirely true. For example I still have great bloodflow to my glans and spongiosum. For example, I still get morning wood and that feeling because I get blood flow to those areas. Its just the 2 shafts on the sides that are effected by the implant. Sure it’s not a full erection and potentially not even viable for penetration, but erectile function is not entirely gone.
Been a while since I updated this thread. I honestly do not even remember my last post here, but I had a revision about 1.5 years ago because my original surgeon made a minor mistake which cause the cylinders to not extend far enough into my glans. I blame myself for going to a younger local surgeon originally instead of one of the more well known and experienced ones.

A much more worthy update. I’ve now tested the new (not that new anymore) implant with 2 new women . The first was a lady that I met on Hinge and the other was a girl I met on IG and we went on a trip together.
I had no issues or pain at all. I did every position as well. The second lady made a comment after the first time we had sex that she gets off best when she is laying on her stomach but she thought that I might hurt her because I was harder than any guy she had every been with. I then decided to not pump it up as much any time after that. So I went from like 95% down to maybe 85-90%. She also mentioned something along the lines of me having a beautiful dick haha.
The first time we had sex, I came and then told her I could keep going. I think she was amazed by it and we probably went another 10 minutes after. She asked how I did that and I just told her I had super powers.
Neither of these ladies knew I had an implant and I did not tell either of them afterwards. It was very easy to pump up prior as it was with my previous ladies prior to my revision. Just go to the bathroom when leaving dinner and pump up, or when you are in the bathroom when you get home, or have it already 50% and pump up the rest when grabbing a drink or however you want to do it. So now of the 4-5 girls I have had sex with while implanted, not a single one has suspected anything or asked anything specific about it. 2 of these girls have also gave me a blow job, and I just tell them when they start not to touch my balls because they are sensitive from my vasectomy. If I get into a long term relationship I would have no issue with them touching my balls.
The one problem I do have is that girls seems to get obsessed with having sex and ultimately want it way more than me. Because I have PFS, my libido is pretty low to non-existent. This second chick wanted to fuck like 4-5x a day and after day 1 or two of that I was over it and almost trying to avoid sex with her anymore haha.

Can you help me with two questions?
- Would you say a penile implant feels the same as a hip implant?
(I sometimes read that a penile implant feels very natural because the corpus cavernosum is numb/insensitive (no nerves) and therefore replacing it feels the same as replacing a bone like your hip which is also numb/insensitive. Would you say that is true?) - Are you able to “move” your penis a bit by contracting muscles?
(Normally if you contract muscles like you want to stop/prevent peeing the penis moves/twitches a little bit. Does that still work?)

Well, I have never had a hip implant, so I can’t really compare that. But it feel very natural after a while. I am still able to make my penis “jump”, squeeze to hold in pee, etc. None of that functionality is gone.
