Hi, how is it going with the implant?
I did the same as OP and got implanted in August 2023 (Titan). Couldn’t be happier.
After so many years of PFS and gradually worsening erectile function.
Once PFS kicks in and starts to degrade penile tissue, there is nothing under the sun that can stop the progressing premature aging of the tissue. At some point pills stop working and that is the time for an implant.

I am also absolutely happy with my implant. I have been dating someone for 9 months or so and she still has no idea, or at least has not said anything about my implant. I will probably tell her soon. the subconscious stress of ED is basically gone, its not something I think or worry about ever anymore.
My only recommendation to anyone interested in this route, absolutely make sure you choose a top surgeon. There are only 5-10 physicians in the world I would trust to do this correctly.
