Please guys post somewhere else and fight, not here, this is no joke, people are getting help from my thread, I have reversed pfs 100%. I’m very close to a long term protocol that can help us all. Please don’t mess up my thread.

That being said, 5 alpha, the more dht you take the more arimidex you will need, start to operate with the understanding that all your crashes are are estrogen dominance. I have ordered aromasin which is on its way here. PM me if you need a good site in the us to get it quickly in liquid form. I now know with 100% certainty a pfs crash is all estrogen, the symptoms even are on the prescription estrogen website as side effects of estrogen! It has been 3 weeks now and my dick and libido are 100% (maybe even better than pre pfs). No crashes, the ones that started I quickly reversed with high doses of arimidex. Arimidex isn’t enough though, I need aromasin, when you crash you get scared of taking anything, but an AI will reverse it 100%, it’s just the dose you need to find.

Also, you can’t just take a huge dose of arimidex at once, it doesn’t seem to work the same, you need to take doses every hour till your crash is completely gone. Just lay down and watch tv and take one every hour and as each hour passes you will notice your condition will be reversing completely. When you get to where you want to be stop till you need more. It all depends on how much test your body is aromatizing, you will have to find that dose.
I had hoped synthetic dht would regulate estrogen, but it doesn’t enough, you need AI’s, if you have crashed 5 alpha, it’s estrogen dominance. But AI’s are tricky, too much and you will kill your libido, not if you are producing enough estrogen though. Too bad im not a transsexual, PFS is the perfect condition for s tranny, perfect, if I was wanting to be a woman I would be all set with this shit. I had no idea this was all estrogen, hard to believe, but trust me, it is.
Also, on masteron it doesn’t seem possible to kill my libido or sexual function, even during s crash! Though granted I never allowed a crash to come on, I always kept taking AI’s as soon as I figured that out.

Your making my point for me Chris. There are some people seriously impacted by this terrible drug. The suicide feelings are uncontrollable. You could be a billionaire with every advantage and if you get the full impact of PFS you will constantly fight this feeling. Hell, having a wonderful family makes it worse. You know what you should be feeling but you feel empty. It’s very devastating.

Maybe so, but who made you or Paul the judge and jury as to whether someone has PFS or not? Do you seriously think I’d have invested so much of my time here the last few years if I was making it up? And the speculation it’s something to do with working for a hair transplant clinic? I don’t think PFS guys are very receptive to the idea of surgery and never have I advertised any clinic here. I have not made a single penny from my blog or my work. I am raising this issue of PFS to prominent people in that industry, and yet you believe that’s deserving of criticism?

I’m with justquitdut on why your hair is not falling out even though you have high DHT. I believe it’s because the conversion mechanism in your scalp is no longer working as it was before your crash.

Hairloss is not caused by DHT, we now know that because of our unique condition, it is caused by the conversion process of testosterone to DHT via 5AR. It never made sense to me why a youthful hormone such as DHT would cause hairloss (which is unattractive), why wouldn't it preserve hair? So it turns out that DHT does nothing to your hair and this BS about your hair being susceptible to DHT is bullshit. The 5AR enzymes are responsible, or the conversion process with those enzymes to be specific. 
One cannot argue that with me as I am getting all the benefits of DHT without the side effects. I am hornier now than I was pre-PFS, my dick is always ready to go and more sensitive, I am like SICKLY horny from Masteron. I know I was a horny guy from test before PFS, but I wasn't this bad, and as time goes by I am getting more horny! So it is like my body is adapting to the Masteron or something. 
 That should at least give you guys hope that if all your protocols fail you can always come to the dark side with me and take DHT lol.

Update: Dr Jacobs seems to be a con man, he took my money and disappeared, he was upset I even contacted him again. I will be going to Dr Goldstein next.

Oh he is a fraud, he was very responsive when I first emailed him, he wrote me back right away, then setup a phone call immediately. All he did is ask questions, then he asked for me to pay at the end of the call, I gave him my credit card info, he charged me $650. From that day forward he ignored me, he sent me one email finally after I begged for his help with AI advice, here is what he sent.

Hi:
I have been very busy but I have said twice already that I want to see your labs before knowing what to do next but I’m not clear why you haven’t gotten them drawn.

He is not clear why I have not gotten them drawn? How am I supposed to get my labs drawn with no script and no communication from his office? Should I have seen another doctor and gotten my labs drawn and then sent them to him? I have been waiting all this time and he had no plans of ever getting back to me, he is a fraud, and he should be removed from this forum.

The fact is, if you truly reversed your symptoms with a protocol and it sticks. You are very lucky. As soon as Jacobs mentioned going back on Fin and taper theory… I would have known, he has no clue. If you told him the details of your protocol he may be reluctant to help. If you fall over dead from it, he doesn’t want to get sued. Just look at what happened to Michael Jacksons doctor.

He wasn’t even aware that PFS patients don’t respond to testosterone, he said “it is very rare someone does not respond to testosterone,” he is completely clueless about this condition, he just wanted to take my money and that was it. I told him I would be willing to quit everything I was on and start from scratch, but he never replied to that either, I would have done whatever he asked.
The fact is as others have pointed out, he has other motives, and those are taking desperate people for a lot of money, I am contacting Dr Goldstein tomorrow.

He’s done a lot as far as creating PFS awareness. He also sounds like he’s been through a lot as has everyone else.

I don’t know the history between you guys but when I see you bringing someone’s job into the argument you come across as being the douchebag.

As far as any law that applies to your own country and to a foreign country is news to me. not that I care enough to even look into it because that’s some petty bull shit for petty people to look into to.

I’ll keep my focus on inducing 5 alpha reductase activity and TRYING to get my hair to fall out and with how estrogen domience factors into everything.

Would reporting him to the medical bored in the state he practices in be an option?
Refusing to accept health insurance, taking your money and refusing to treat you may be grounds for action against his medical license.

Would starting with the attorney generals office in his state be a good idea?

Standby 5 alpha, I am going to give him another chance, I have been begging him for help all weekend to no avail, I was going through estrogen dominance. He just ignored me, that was not cool, so I sent him another email giving him 1 last chance to resolve things. Maybe he sent me a script for a blood test but I never got it or he thought he sent it.
I am a forgiving guy, I have made an attempt to reach out and resolve this, let’s see if that happens, if not then onto Dr Goldstein. I will say regardless of what happens, ignoring my requests for help all weekend for advice on a simple AI is not acceptable.
All he had to do was respond with something, I know he got the emails because all he responded with was that he wanted to see my blood work. Let’s see how he responds… This condition sucks and I am on some strong hormones, and my estrogen was high this weekend, I felt after paying him he could at least answer some simple questions.
I already have a working protocol that reverses this, I just had to get the AI part worked out, but I have Aromasin on the way, if he won’t help me, I will figure it out on my own like everything else. I think Goldstein might be a better choice though since he does deal in hormones more.
Let’s see…

Back to the point 5 alpha, I have PFS under control, the last piece of the puzzle is estrogen, I believe Arimidex is not strong enough, I have Aromasin on the way, that may be the final piece. Then I just have to lower my doses of hormones and find the perfect doses, then I will have a long term protocol to reverse this condition. I am so close to a long term protocol, getting back my muscles and libido and sexual function is significant.

Alpha, if you don’t know the history then how can you credibly weigh in? For your convenience the history between me and Paul is unprovoked attacks from him on various threads. Mew intervened once and asked him to stop but he appears to have no respect. His wife mcibofh also regularly appears on threads accusing me of not having pfs and making it up for attention for my blog. Oh but he’s done a lot for pfs so he can use me as his punchbag for all the frustrations in his life.

Personally I have no problem with you and I’m grateful for what you’ve done for all us PFS sufferers, but I do think you have a mild case of PFS and should be more receptive to others worse off than you, that’s all I’m trying to say
