Guys i started taking the 7 t-boosting supplements. I felt great the first week, effectively cured. Then I drank a bit of alcohol and felt shitty again the following day. One week has passed since the alcohol and Im no where near where I was before drinking. The t-boosters are giving me groin and pelvic pain. Anyone else experience this? I cut out DIM that I was taking with the t-boosters because i think my E had gone too low and I was feeling shitty.
I just ordered two bottles of Epiandro. I will cycle them once they arrive. I want to know if im ding this right. Once I get the epiandro, it will be 2 weeks on the t-boosters. I will cycle the epiandro for a month, then can I go back to the t-boosters or do I have to get a PCT? if i get a PCT, then how long do I keep doing the PCT for? which PCT should I get?
Can someone break down the sequence of t-booster, DHT prohormone and PCT for me please? How long t-booster, then how long prohormone and finally the length of PCT. Then i presume you start all over again. Please help!
Your liver processes the herbs and puts them into circulation in your blood.
You drink, you f*ck up your liver.
Your liver is now not processing these herbs because it is busy detoxing. The detox is making you feel bad.
Stop trying to do more and just stop hurting yourself.
Most people ignore the fasting that cdnuts did but this was te most important part. By cleansing himself, te supplements he took were exponentially more effective because they didn’t have all the toxins to compete with.
If I understand it correctly he did his fast than went into his diets and t boosters. When he felt recovered from the fast he went his first cycle of DHT prohormone during which time he stops t boosters. Than he does PCT during which time he still
Does not take T boosters. Than after PCT he goes into T boosters. Also after the fast while he’s changing from T boosters 2 DHT prohormone 2 Pct he is always maintaining the diets he came up with.
He said he did this 4 times I believe taking the prohormone for 4-6 weeks each time.
But if suggest not even trying until u have everything in front of u in a easy format/ time line. It’s to much info otherwise.
i think these supplements are taking a toll on my liver. I’m taking the t-boosters at the moment and my skin looks overlu yellow. My doctor says it is as a trsult of my liver being overloaded. What do youu guys suggest as a liver supplement? how can i ease the load on my liver?
You need to cleanse. Either a juice feast, or a fast. This is one of the reasons I specifically recommend doing either one before starting the program.
If he is drinking, he is just completely wasting his time. Guaranteed. And then he’ll be one of those guys that goes around saying he “did that program.” and it didn’t work.
I wonder if some of these t-boosters have real or just placebo effects. Very few actually have studies to back up claims. For most it is inconclusive or downright counterproductive. I am going to try horny goat weed and tongkat ali from reputable sources as far as t-boosters go (just ordered some yesterday) in order to speed up recovery. Yeah sure I am getting better slowly without any supps but I don’t want to wait another 4-5 years to get better (that feels like the rate this is going with what I’m doing now). I want this over in a year or two. Perhaps cdnuts could weigh in on which of the 10-20 t-boosters made his must-have list. If you had to pick just three or four which would you say is a must-have? I plan on taking three t-boosters, one of each only once a week or every 7 days for each t-booster. I am set on Tongkat Ali and Horny goat weed but need a third. Any recommendations for the third?
Perhaps, but I wanted to save DAA for any future possible PCT protocols. That is, I only want to be taking something like that short term, not long term like the t-boosters. Myself, I was thinking maybe catuaba bark or maca. Thanks for the input.
“11-OXO also controls the function the 11 beta- hydroxysteroid dehydrogenase type 1 reductase, (11HSd1R) an enzyme responsible for converting cortisone to cortisol in target tissues such as; fat, liver, and muscle.”
Is there any risk to inhibiting this type of reductase that you are aware of? My fear is down regulation of the body, only to find problems afterwards like in our case with 5α-reductase inhibition and the nightmare caused by that.
Overall, it looks promising so I’d like you thoughts from the research you may have done on reducing cortisol.
Hello everyone. I’ve been a ‘lurker’ on this board for some time now and would like to thank CDNUT’s invaluable contribution to our eventual recoveries.
I have also been following Chi’s members’ thread for a while now as well and found it to be incredibly helpful as well.
I am wondering what happened to said thread or indeed Chi himself. Did someone delete it or remove him from the forum? I was hotly anticipating his full recovery thread but now I’m wondering if he’s still able to post.
On his thread (before it disappeared) he offered to meet fellow sufferers for help if they live close and I’m not far from him at all. If anyone has any means of contacting Chi more practically in the form of an email address or phone number so I can reach him personally, I would be much obliged
