I initially had great results at 2,000 iu daily, but the results quickly went away. I upped it to 4,000 for a while but I didn’t know if this was over doing it.
Congrats to you for making it there. Just to put things into perspective…and not saying this for any other reason so that you see the lengths I went too…I’ve done a total of four fasts…three for 21 days and my first one, like you, was 14 days. As I’ve said before, I don’t think it’s necessary.
Keep up the good work. Are you dreaming of food yet? I’ve always met some pretty cool people everytime I’ve been there. You end up forming unique bonds with people that are experiencing the same things as you in regards to fasting. Relax and just try and enjoy your down time. Practice your meditation as well.

i would avoid the eggs in the morning. in the book or somewhere it says that eggs cause a little bit more of an insulin spike than other things. i am avoiding whey all together, i got this brown rice protein that actually makes me feel really good. i also am taking dessicated liver which has some protein in it. i mix these usually with goat milk. me personally ive been completely avoiding breakfast. i usually stick to fish and vegetables for other meals, but i do massive backloading after working out. i’m talking like 10 or 15 banaans and everything i can get my hands on (gluten free, you can get gluten free pastries at whole foods though(. i’ve all ready gained like 7 pounds in a week from this and no negative PFS things, just positives happening. i would avoid dairy all together, but i do well with goat milk for some reason.
I’ve quoted the reference post below. The one he links to contains Resveratrol (5-ar inhibitor), and various other extracts and herbal supplements that supposedly boost testosterone. However they are in no way a proven PCT, and have no relationship to the mechanisms of traditional PCTs such as Clomid and Nolvadex.

Again, a little update for those interested, today is day 10 of the fast and the doctors have made the decision to move me over to mugs of hot vegetable broth juice instead of water as there were some off results with my bloodwork indicating that my kidneys are working too hard, elevated creatinine etc. They have also advised I cut the fast short and end after 12 days, due to the fact I am lean and it was always going to hit me hard as a result (they mentioned this was a possibility on day 2 when I had my initial appt). I have gone down about 16lbs in these 10 days and am now at 146lbs. I’m fine with going with their medical advice, hopefully it won’t be too detrimental to my healing.
I have managed to have a look at that CBL doc by Keifer now thanks CD.
In terms of how I ‘feel,’ that is the issue. I didn’t tend to get bad reactions to food before I started this diet in all honesty and regularly ate bread, pizza, pasta, cheese etc, and although it is noted I haven’t been doing it for very long at all and have been getting old pharmaceutical treatments out of my system to an extent, my libido and erections have not improved in that month. I do however note that I feel better physically on this diet in that I’m more awake, I have more energy, and I am losing body fat and gaining muscle and feel really well in myself sexual issues aside… is that a good enough sign I’m on the right path?
For the record I have always been athletic and played soccer at a semi-pro level until recently, so I lift heavy and push myself in the gym, and have although lean have quite a good strong physique, so am sure I’m pushing it enough in the gym.
CDNuts, I take it then that you did the backloads on the non-training days too as laid out in the CBL protocol? Did you keep it cleaner on the non-training days?
Also, I take it that you were missing breakfast as per the Keifer protocol, or did you just move the breakfast to a couple of hours after waking up like the density bulking program? Also, did you do the morning accelerator shake with coffee? I know you said you drink coffee now recently in a post, but just wondering if you did throughout recovery, could do with it to stave off the hunger if I do end up missing breakfast.
Haha as for the dreaming about food, its killing me man… they say this place is meant to recalibrate your taste buds but I find myself craving more junk than ever now I’m in here. Just can’t wait to have done my time, get out and get back on with life.
Haven’t had the best time ever in here because i have lots of distractions at home with work, the gym, friends, etc that make me get on with my day in spite of this hell, but here its like I’m surrounded and confronted by my health 24/7… but I’m working on it and feeling quite calm and at ease now, particularly as the end of the fast is in site.
I would probably avoid the coconut water/anything that is coconut - I’ve read mixed reviews on its ability to block homorone conversion to DHT. Check it out for yourself. I love coconut but rather not take it at this point just in case.

CDnuts, I’d be interested in your body temperature measurements. I believe raising one’s body temperature is key to a recovery, and have read several reports how one’s body can recover by eating a very clean diet (by raising one’s body temperature slowly over a period of over a year). Yes, I believe diet can significantly improve the situation. There is some evidence that systemic infections (with yeasts and parasites-which keep body temperature low- and grow well in low body temperature) can be (very) slowly eliminated with certain diets.
Personally my diet is not as good as yours, but have worked on increasing my low body temp (with many symptoms) to a normal body temperature (with excellent results).
I’ve used proviron felt nothing on it.
I think if Vincetv used androhard without the HCG he would feel good because HCG will increase a lot the aromatization to E2.
I’m thinking about trying epiandro-rx. It is supossed to be similar to Androhard V1.
I changed my diet, sleeping well, will include vitamins supplements to see if I improve more. What I got now is that I have more energy my mind is clear and I don’t wake up with morning wood this is so rare that when I wake up with morning wood I lose it very fast.
The advantage that I see is that epiandro/androhard will convert to DHT is not any DHT derivative like proviron, masteron, stano, anavar. And all these derivatives will create different situations in the body a lot of people say stano will kill libido. Also I will paste here a guy who took AH V3 and then decreased the dosage while he was upping the stano just look what he says.

CDNUTS did you feel that you started sweating more while AH or night sweats, any prostate enlargement, puffy nipples?
It is strange because I was taking arimidex and the puffy nipples didn’t change, also don’t feel the joint pain. I saw a guy that had the same issue he took androhard and started to get morning wood again, his puffy nipples decreased too. Maybe we are suffering from too low androgen compared to estrogen that even decreasing the estrogen we won’t feel the hardening/lean aspect that androgen does to muscle.
brazilianguy if you never took propecia, whats the issue? Do you just have low DHT? Have you tried TRT + Masteron? I can a sympathsise with your problems but your answer probably isn’t going to correlate with ours, a lot of people on here have normal hormonal profiles yet are still dysfunctional.
Cdnuts- did you ever aye resveratrol? I am going to post later what I think the issue is with fin, how every recovery shares in this belief, and possible ways to fix it.
Cdnuts. Do you have morning wood everyday now? Before the first AH cycle did you get morning wood everyday?
Before the cycles did you feel that your muscles were soft and now they are hard? Because I feel my muscles is soft even if I train hard.
How was your Body Fat before the cycles? I’m asking it because I see many people with the same problem that I have with higher body fat even if they train and run.
Did you feel any ejaculation difference before the cycle/during cycle and now? I mean more white, thick, more ejaculate, better orgasm etc.

For the other guys there’s a product called Epiandro from IML people say that is good but it is not better or good as AH V1 but it is the next best thing.
I saw people running 5 alpha from FRL and LG Science Epiandro. Both are very very weak. Comparing to 5 alpha, LG Epi is better but it is very weak compared to IML because LG doesn’t contain good products to increase the absortion and it its very underdosed. Like 25mg per capsule while IML has 50mg. AH had 250mg. There’s also one guy trying to create a new Androhard and other company created Epiandro with 80mg per capsule but I didn’t see any review about it yet.
Some people in this thread are getting too hung about Androhard. From what I can gather it’s the icing on the cake rather than a key ingredient to cdnuts’ success. Fasting, cycling T-boosting supplements and diet appear to be much more important. You can’t judge the success or otherwise of the methods by excluding any of those.
Btw this thread has been going over six months. Has anyone else now tried this method or something as close as possible to it (ie not just exercising and eating paleo) and had any results, good or otherwise?

I have a good idea that I think would help with reducing confusion/questions that members are having with and about Cduts method of recovery that has worked for him.
Although Cduts has done an awesome job with answering questions and providing information I think that it is extremely difficult to gather all of the important information that is needed for a member to attempt to try his method by reading through all of these posts. There is just way to much mixed info with peoples opinions that are making the topic harder to follow.
Here is solution that I offer to fix this problem:
At least let’s say 3 of us should go through all of these posts under Cduts recovery story and do our best to pull out all of the necessary information. Lets type up a detailed outline about what exactly Cdnuts did. It needs to include everything he did in vivid detail. What he was eating for food in his different endocrine system altering diet strategies. I am talking about a spoon fed easy to understand detail oriented version of Cdnuts method. starting from his fast going into the beginning of his T boosting supplements usage details and his androhard cycles.
We need as many members who are willing to do this as possible. The plan should be to present are understanding of his method in a detailed out line to Cdnuts by posting it under his “im cured” post. From there Cdnuts can tell us which one mirrors his exact method.
This will be so much easier for everyone. Including Cdnuts who has to answere all of these individual questions. We can call the end result Cdnuts method of recovery for dummies. This way if a member is interested in trying it now all they need to do to begin is print it and start.
Once we have a Cdnuts method of recovery for dummies finished we will address the most difficult question that we will need to contend with which is what do we use in replace of Androhard. Seeing that most members who want to try his method will not be able to obtain Androhard it’s important for us to agree on what we think is the closets pro hormone that will convert to DHT in are bodies . In other what we will use in place of to Androhard while we are attempting Cdnuts method.
I will type an outline. I will have it finished in approximately 1 month. I need a month because I am extremely busy with school and work and trying to get more rest than an average 29 year old guy needs. The more people we have typing up an out line of what Cdnuts did the better.
I am not talking about a general out line that Cdnuts typed up at the beginning of his Im cured post. It needs to include everything in a easy to understand outline which includes step by step instructions that includes exactly what foods to eat and when.
