I'm cured

Thanks for the reply bro!

In answer to your questions, the plan is to fast for 2 weeks with a 1 week refeed, although I have been told there is a chance it could finish earlier depending on how I am throughout.

The third bottle I managed to source turned out to be a dud as when it was shipped to me it turned out to be AndroMass rather than AndroHard and they had advertised it incorrectly. I returned it and got a refund.

Cheers for the advice with the protein, i’ll get hunting for a source!

In relation to the PCT I take your point man, I just knew of some bodybuilders using the typical PCT products for a ‘lift’ in natural production even when not cycling PH/steroids, and thought it may have benefitted me prior to the PH use due to my androgen deficiency. I totally see where you’re coming from though man and will crack on with the protocol exactly as you outlined.

Cheers again for all the help!

LOL. After re-reading my post, I have to admit that it was very hard to follow. I apologize.

I just completed a full 14 day water fast. Absolutely nothing but water. I did plenty of research before jumping in to it. I even rented a condo on the beach for the last 8 days of the fast to help eliminate all distractions.

As for the original question, I was basically asking if I should jump straight in to an androhard cycle after refeeding.

After reading your reply to Swill, I plan on reintroducing the T-boosting supplements today and beginning my work out routine tomorrow. After a month of that, I will begin Androhard.

CDsnuts. You. Are. A. Genius.

I think I know why CDsnuts regimen works so damn good. He is carb backloading. I have been doing more research into this and this thing has to be the best underground secret in nutrition I have ever seen period. And I’ve been pushing and testing my diet for the better part of 3 or 4 years trying to optimize it after finasteride completely ruined my body.

When you eat carbs or sugars, your insulin levels spike. Insulin levels are the hormone of death. They increase aging, they decrease testosterone, they do a ton of other stuff. God only knows what finasteride did to us to make insulin effect us even worse than the normal person.

Carb backloading is basically restricting all carbohydrates ALL DAY, until AFTER you do resistance training. Why? Because resistance training allows your muscles to utilize sugar WITHOUT INSULIN. Did you guys catch that? You can eat carbohydrates WITHOUT using insulin after resistance training. So you don’t get an insulin spike as you normally would from normal foods. In case you missed the past 5 years… the only recoveries came from extreme diets, including 2 no carb diets for long periods of time. This will significantly decrease insulin levels.

Insulin = hormone of death

Carb backloading = eating sugar without insulin.

Amazing. This is probably the most incredible information I have ever found nutrition wise ever. This has so many benefits.

I HIGHLY recommend you guys start carb backloading as I think this is key to what really helped him the most. Androhard/supps helped him, but this I believe is what really did it. I was reading some other information about DHT and it’s possible effects on insulin. I need to look more into it.

Two other people had recoveries from going no carb. IHP was no carb I believe and hitting the anti fungals hard. There was another guy who went no carb, but I forget his name on here, but he did it for a year. No carbs = no insulin. Carb backloading = using carbs without insulin. Carb backloading is almost like a shortcut. All the benefits of carbs, but no insulin spikes.

I’ve already described it at least twice just on this thread. Also I haven’t been cured yet, but getting close. So far I have done this without supplements. I am not going to advocate their use. It is up to you to get better and I’m not going to tell you how, I’m just here to tell people that this sort of program has worked great for me and perhaps give them some hope because I know how hopeless it can seem in the initial stages. Anyway, I think I have learned as much as I can from this thread and won’t post anything until perhaps a full recovery a year or two down the line. Good luck to you.

Thanks for your kind words.

And I can guarantee that if you make this “program” your way of life, not only will you heal, but when you get to the point of being healed, you will start to feel better then you ever have. Believe me.

Keep at it. Enjoy the ride.

You did it on your own? If so, very impressive. Not something people can barely do even with help…

Keep on the right path, healing will come.

CDNUTS I have a question.

Before you got cured did you experienced any sign of high estrogen?
Did your urine flow was lower before got cured? I mean now can you urinate with a strongher flow? (I’m not English native speaker I don’t think I can express myself well). Also do you think the urine was thinner than now? Like comparing a watter gun with the thing firefighters use to stop the fire (the flow of urine).

I’m asking you this because I think my urine flow is lower now with all the symptoms I have.
Did you notice any ejaculation difference? Like before your ejaculation was more transparent and now is more white and thick?

CD, quick question. Can you drink alcohol now and not completely crash and burn like your dying? Just curious…if the answer is yes, this might help my motivation to ditch the stuff for a year. If the answer is no, well…that just plain sucks ass.

Thanks man!

Guys…is there one particular post that provides the entire regimen? I mean, I get the gist and have followed this thread pretty closely. So, I know to fast, refeed (currently doing now), do the T-booster sup cycle (have the stuff ready), then do androhard (is there an alternative that is approved by board members if it can’t be found), then do a PCT?

I’m just wondering if it can be spelled out step by step with the exact products taken in one post? I mean i think i got most of it…but it’s just spread out over 19 pages and i’m a little confused on EXACT products and order of which to take.

Something like this, but with the missing or incorrect parts filled in. I just think it would be beneficial and probably reduce the amount of repetitive questions to CD.

  1. Juice or water fast (length)
  2. Refeed (length of time…I think we all know paleo on food type)
  3. Start t-supp cycling (exact products? And how long? I bought the 7 sup program CD reccomended earlier in the thread)
  4. Start HEAVY lifting program (I’ll be doing 5x5 stronglifts, but maybe there’s others that could be added)
  5. Sprints or HIIT? (I’m putting this as also #4 as I believe it goes in conjunction with the lifting)
  6. Start Andro hard cycle (Is Androhard a Prohormone? how much and how long? or what alternatives if unavailable)
  7. Start PCT (options for products and for how long)?
  8. I have no idea what comes after 1-6.

This is an example. If CD or someone else doing CD’s protocol could make a one stop shop post for the exact routine and products used in a step by step fashion, it will stop a lot of questions…including mine! You could even copy paste my list if it’s close and fix the stupid shit I have wrong if that saves time for you.

Also, I apologize if there is a post that is this specific and detailed already…I have seen one by CD lately that is close to this, but still not a one stop shop post to go to.

Me and others would be forever indebted to your greatness!

ı dont want to a lazy guy, i want to read all post but i cant. I have etremeley braın fog. If anyone want to help me please pm to me. I want to most ımportant thıngs ın cdnuts recovery programme.
How ı exercıse? How many tımes? What perıods? Whıch foods ı must ate and ı must avoıd? Whıch ssupplements ı must take? Thıs androhard and andromass ısnt exıst ın my country. what contents are those have?

It needs to be bodybuilding/weight training about 3 times per week ideally high intensity bodybuilding ie low rest periods with about 8 reps of the heaviest weight you can lift, also sprinting on the running machine 30 seconds running as fast as you can, then walk for a minute and repeat.

As for supplements, you need to buy 7 different testosterone boosting herbs

Tongkat ali

tribulous

Horney goat weed

maca

cordeceps

macunia preurens

fenugreek

This is the most important thing take one per day, and never the same herb in any 7 day period.

I also use magnesium and zma to help me sleep and fish oil for mental sides.

And above all eat only fresh, high quality food.

i have muscle wastage, at another post one guy say “who has muscle wastage, sprinting and weight lifting get worse everything”, is that right?

if you have issues exercising, you need to load up on pomegranite juice and beet juice. i mean like drink an entire bottle throughout the day of the big 11 dollar one.

How is that going to help? I drink pomegranate juice for prostate health and blood flow, muscle wastage is most likely to be caused by low test, I don’t see the connection between drinking juice and raising test?

jarrow has a good liquid pomegranate concentrate and eclectic institute has a good beet powder. or you could just take TMG pills.

my balls love pomegranate. I can feel a distinct sensation from my balls when they either like or dislike things i do or put in my body. My balls love it when i take a shot of olive oil. they also love the pomegranate concentrate when i take it post work out, which is when i have my carbs.

anyone here meditating? stress relief is really important, if you don’t meditate, what do you do to take the edge off?

P.S. i lost muscle when i initially crashed. a lot of muscle. in order to hormonally sensitize yourself, you have to fast.

I second that, it would useful if his protocol could be compressed into one single page.

next time you have the brain fog attack of the century (similar to how you feel post exercise where you feel detached from reality & like complete shit) drink 2 glasses of pomegranite juice and see how you feel in about 15 minutes. see how long i’ve been on this forum buddy? just humor me and try this. we’ll talk about theories on this later. 2 glasses of pomegranite juice won’t hurt you.

@pax, i do yoga 5x/week, every morning. i recommend you try it out. it’s amazing for insulin resistance. it’s like forced meditation after you do it for around 2 or 3 weeks for an hour at a time.

cdsnuts,

what do you think is the best way to implement carb backloading into PFS? for example, obviously a whey based protein is probably a bad idea. did you use any protein sources throughout the day, like a plant based source? certain foods probably don’t agree with us, def. not pigging out in the carb backloading style, but i can see how foods like bananas or grapes can be good backloading options.

any thoughts on how to combine successfully?

Hi cdnuts, some people on this forum advise against cafeine/coffee, but yesterday I read John Kiefer’s book on carb backloading and he calls cafeine indispensable for backloading. What do you think? Is a moderate intake of coffee harmful? Same goes for legumes, they’re in the Paleo diet neither, but they are stimulating the production of testosterone. Moreover they would be a welcome tasty addition to my diet. Do you think they can be added to the menu?
Thanks a lot.

Use discretion here. You know what food choices are good based on my studies and your own. Follow your body. If you feel like shit after you eat it, don’t eat it. Things that I backload with, without issue are, white rice, potatoes and alot of the gluten free stuff, although now the big backloading party is over for me, Im starting to get away from the processed GF stuff and back into more whole foods.
