Have you tried the CDnuts protocol?

His theories have falied spectacularly. You could not get further away from a sound theory even if you tried. The guy has posted links to obvious scam websites since the day he registered.

Do you know what a sound theory is? Actually a fact?

That cdnuts is a money grubbing fraud. Thats a fact. Thats not rage. Its a stone cold fact and it would hold up in the court of law.

girls/guys/gays, look, there’s a dedicated post here

would you please (please, please) just go arguing there and just let me find out what i wanted to find out with this post? be polite, even if i’m not. be a good example.

thank you.
S.

I dont give a shit what he does or what he asks or who follows him religiously, i know from my own logic and understanding and the most posts i saw on the forum that people raised their androgens through various methods and reactivated their 5ar, his method does the same in a way he makes money, yes he might be a person who exploits others but you cant disregard the overall picture of his protocol as garbage or fake

I really get the feeling that you dont want to find out the truth. You want an answer that confirms your bias and that gives you encouragement to continue to deceive yourself by trusting in a fraud.

I will accept this but it is a sad way to go about in life. Just look at some of the stuff a3c3 and my “cdnuts is a fraud” thread have highlighted. It shows that his protocols have failed and that he is an obvious fraud. A prototypical health scam. What more is there to ask???

The question has been answered. You just dont like the answer and will refuse it until you get what you want: I.e. that cdnuts protocol works.

Of course its your right to do so. But I would warn against it. Have fun.

I created this post to be able to compare experiences and gather information useful to me or others and has become a sad quarrel.
i never stated that cd is a saint, i never stated that cd is a fraud, i just asked a question.
this is a forum full of people suffering and turning this post into a fight (off-topic, by the way), this is sad for sure.
hope your unrelated answers will be shut down by the admins, i’ll ask for that @axolotl

peace and love.

But how is it unrelated? The question “have you tried it?” is really asking whether the protocol works. And the answer can only be a “no”. To understand why this is obvious the fraud topic has to be explained. So I would say the post by ac3c and my answer is on topic.

I just wanted to jump in here.

@Go_Faster_Sonic - I think that you’ll probably appreciate Go that the subject of CDNuts is a bit of a red flag on this site. A very cogent argument has already been made that the guy appears to be a con man who has exploited a vulnerable community. I don’t dispute that myself. Your question is possibly whether despite this, is there any validity to any of his protocols? I feel that by bringing up CDNuts that the danger is that any thread will go down the proverbial rabbit hole as it is understandably quite an emotive subject as the guy appears a con artist. I think that it may prove difficult to have a debate with regards his protocol, so long as he is the author of it. I also feel that there is a danger in having any thread which references his protocol inadvertently legitimising a con man and could have members who are unaware of his history falling victim themselves. That’s why I feel that the naysayers comments should stand as a warning to the uninitiated. As a way of maintaining your questioning if you wish to continue asking about methods advocated by CDNuts then I would unpick the protocol from the author and present that to the forum so that he doesn’t get any further promotion. Although healthy debate should be encouraged, certain facts have already been set out with regards to CDNuts and I feel that as a forum we have a duty of care to our members. The debate has already been had to a great extent. And to everyone, CDNuts has already expended enough of our energies. Endless chatter from either side of the fence probably will end up just wearing everyone out. It’s best to have a debate without him. Expunge him from any protocol.

Exactly. If you do a thread entitled “does trt, herbs, fasting and excercise cure PFS” as an example, I wouldnt even be posting, despite the answer being no.

If people want to try out stuff, have at it. It wont work however it at least wont promote a person that has been proven to be a fraud and that actively tries to destroy this community for his own financial benefit.

Pvdl: I am not a friend of nuts, but your engagement against nuts is a bit pathetic.

Have you recovered at least partially? Or not? Are you waiting for the solutions presented by a company? If so, you know it will take at least several years.
You could also help ppl mentioning the things you have tried so far. Maybe you haven’t done anything and got better by time or you are stuck.
Plz, tell us, what symptoms got better or are you at the same level as four years ago? Thx

Cd nuts protocol is a lot easier than writing “did you try fasting, than applying a regimen made of cold showers, avoiding pornography and masturbation and xenoestrogens, paleo diet, supplementing vitamins and t-boosters, and carb-backloading?”
You’re plain crazy.

and what the hell is this bullshit? Thank god has been closed.
I do not love cd nuts and i do not hate him, i’m interested in the protocol, but you guys seem to hate him.
MY GOD, GO GET A LIFE!

OMG NO! My question is what it is! Is just that! have you tried that f****** protocol? Yes? If yes, how? how did you feel? etc etc…
I detest wasting my energy in these not smart conversations.
My purpose was to have a debate with others who attempted it AND I DO NOT GIVE A FUCK IF HE IS A FRAUD OR NOT BECAUSE THIS IS NOT MY QUESTION!
if you do not understand something so trivial you are stupid, guys.
thank you for frustrating my effort. frustrating my effort without even showing an alternative to the CDnuts protocol, BECAUSE THIS IS THE NAME OF THE F****** PROTOCOL!

I apologise for upsetting you Go and for not summarising your intent for the thread correctly, but I would appreciate some civility, despite your frustrations and high-handed assertions as to the intelligence of others involving yourselves in your thread, including myself. I was responding to multiple flags from yourself and I am sorry that you do not agree with the decision not to remove any posts which you believe off-topic, but I refer to my previous posts as to why I believe they should stay. As I said, I apologise for not feeding back to you the original intent of the thread, but in my defence it was very late and I was very tired, and I was finding this thread rather tiring in itself.

In the spirit of the thread I’ll remind everyone that Go wants feedback on anyone who has tried the protocol and doesn’t want the thread cluttered with discussion of whether CDNuts is a fraud or not.

We are all fallible Go, but this is a community and as such everyone deserves a fair hearing and to be respected. I don’t feel that you have demonstrated this yourself, although I can understand frustrations. Please try not to resort to name calling etc.

scot, i aplogize. when i wrote this part:

it was like i was thinking aloud, it was not against you but against the general nonsense of those answers.
and i do respect every decision of the staff.
but, as Dumbledore says in Harry Potter, i’m gonna call things with their name.

peace and love and speed

I went on a ketogenic diet after I noticed my anxiety attacks were linked to sugar. 3 months on the diet and I only had anxiety 2 times, when I cheated the diet. I’m also doing weight lifting.

I didn’t recover from pfd. But I’m feeling around 75% of what I was before propecia. The diet and exercise are great. maybe they don’t cure pfd, but by improving my general well being, it sure makes pfd more tolerable.

Sleep has slightly improved.

Same for sugar! I have terrible panic attacks on sugar, pasta, bread… i don’t eat them anymore.
what about fruit? do you eat it?

Plus I’m a business man. If I ever find a cure or a protocole to cure pfd, I can either spend my time making money with my businesses as usual (I don’t have extra time and I’m a 6 digit earner) and not share my findings with people in details because of lack of time, or I could choose to spend days and weeks working on a website in which case I would expect to be paid for my work.
From my point of viwe, CDnuts does have a need he can fulfill in a niche market. If he works hard, he can make descent money without becoming rich and help hundreds of people.
Fasting, eating paleo diet, exercising, plus a few specific hormone suplements and herbs… Hey, it’s alright to look good, feel better, be more healthy even if you’re not cured from pfs. Some relief is better than no relief. And what’s a guy to do: wait and complain or be proactive and fight it off ?

I don’t eat fruits, or even potatoes, corn or carrots… I take less than 10 gr of carbs a day.
I get all my energy from fat and protein.

Three months ago, I was having regular panic attack, anxiety to die for (like I can’t stand that for an extra day, let alone a week or a month, I would kill myself), at time I had speech slur, I had to carefully search my mind to find the words and compose a sentence, I couldn’t climb the stairs, couldn’t stand up for long and of course I was a zombie before 3pm.
After 3 months of exercise and diet, I can swim 40 laps non stop, do 100 set up, run up two flights of stair… the difference is huge.

No sugar or starch. No fruits. Are you Ok with fruits ?

I pretty much worked out sugar = anxiety. I had 2 chocolate truffles at the restaurant 3 weeks ago… and 3 days of anxiety as a result.
I had a cup of brown rice a week ago, couldn’t sleep that night and had anxiety the next day. I exercised to try and burn out all those dirty carbs out of my system.
