Aromatase inhibition properties of some mushrooms was included in the chart also.

I took cordyceps in a supplement Dr. Clifton Jackness (one of best endos in New York) recommend to me called Adreset. Gave me a slight libido increase but in general I’ve been paranoid to try anything recently.

Maybe I’ll give Adreset another go if there’s no 5ari mechanism

Guess I should stop taking my Lion’s Mane daily supplements…

Lion’s Mane is notorious for PFS symptoms. Surprised CDnuts has it in his protocol.

A Chinese brand of cordyceps I tried once early on helped with my middle insomnia whereas a potent Dutch brand I found on reddit reduced my sleep capacity to 2 hrs for a week.
