I just want to say that I felt like myself again, for 28 hours, the gel finally wore off, I put more on and I feel like myself again, it allows normal response to testosterone. When it wears off it hits me all at once, it’s amazing, it’s so easy to forget what pfs feels like when you reverse it, in so excited about this treatment. It’s nothing new really, apparently goldstein has been doing this for a while.
I ordered the DHT gel. Still waiting for it.
I have an old-ish tube of Andractim sitting around and had gone through an entire tube in the past, albeit using the “recommended” dosing, which may have been too much. I also never supplemented Andractim with anything else, so those two in tandem may have been why I felt no benefit from it.
I’m still taking testosterone propionate 10 mg ED and just added HCG in the mix, at 500 IU, which I will do twice a week. Might as well apply some Andractim tonight and see what happens.
That’s good that we can continue this on solve PFS.com. Pretty soon I’m going to focus my efforts their and just use this website for updates on the studies. Hopefully everyone who is trying any version of what you are recomending will join at solve PFS.com.
It’s really the best thing to be doing. People are reading to much into this and overthinking it. Simply recomending the trying of drugs that have been tried many times before by many different people but in different dosages and in different methods that have not been tried before is really not that big of a deal and is a smart thing to be doing.

Yea, sounds weird but it doesn't work if you use too much, use a small pea sized dose, 1 on each side of your rib cage. If you use it off test it won't work, it will just shut everything down, it must be used on test. As to why the low dose work vs the higher dose, I assume a lower dose doesn't shut down our dht as much.
Give it time, it's going to take 3 weeks to start kicking, what you will notice after the first day is an improvement in mood dramatically. It will kill off estrogen, you can quit the anti estrogen and just stick to this alone. Keep the dose small, I know it doesn't make sense, one would think with our condition we need a lot. Mew: I will continue to lobby for money for the foundation at solvepfs, just because we have differences in opinion doesn’t mean we cannot work together. Fundamentally I must disagree with the concepts that hormones don’t work, there leaves me little room. When the dht gel wears off I get full fledged pfs crash coming on (aka neuro estrogen dominance), it’s the only thing keeping my neurosteroidal estrogen down and allowing me to respond to testosterone propionate properly.
Either I am a liar or insane, and I am niether, for the past 6 months I have reversed pfs countless times, it never stuck, it was always the neurosteroidal estrogen. I have a duty to help people, but you can work on your end to get the studies done, and we can work on our end to treat the condition at solvepfs.com. Our goals can coincide and run parallel, surely you want a treatment or a cure someday, I can’t see how our work won’t speed that up (it has for myself).

It's for the better we leave, I for one have had enough of being attacked and insulted, it's not productive, let the guys who feel they are hopeless stay here. Guys who want to work on solving this move to this thread. We can support the efforts of the foundation while working on protocols to hell everyone. This way, we can be united without constantly fighting, it's just a philosophical difference. We have guys here who are absolutely convinced this condition cannot be treated or cured by anything hormonal. So let them remain here, im not sure what they will discuss, probably suicides and such again, but we will continue our work. Who knows, maybe some of them will come around when they see some recovery stories.
It's definitely better if we all are united than not, we need all the help we can get, so if this is a peaceful and happy compromise, im fine with it. Solvepfs is a much more upbeat positive and interesting forum as it is geared towards experimentation. Some guys aren't into that, it's cool, Mew understands us, and we will understand him. I was under the impression from this website that DHT supplements have already been used with PFS and stopped working over a period of time along with TRT/HRT. PFS has been around long enough for guys to experiment with Andractim, the gel is nothing new in PFS circles so I’m not sure why it’s garnering so much attention?
There is one clinic that I know of in Europe that prescribes Andractim and that’s hertoghe.eu/patients/index.php?lang=en
Dr Marie-Christine Lhermitte follows the same protocols as Dr Hertoghe (important as not all Dr’s at clinic follow Dr Hertoghes methods). An appointment will take around 6 mths maybe less to see her and first time patients to the clinic should expect to pay around £1000. You can buy your meds in Belgium, everything that you need. The testosterone choices are limited to a gel or injection.
I wouldn’t want to be experimenting with Andractim until I had all the answers such as how long it will work. If you shut down your own DHT production I would want to know how long it would take for it to work normally again, if that’s at all possible. If you spend 6mths+ on testosterone this can damage your HPTA and could result in a lower natural testosterone level. Also it takes months/years for your natural T to recover, I’m wondering if this would be the same for DHT.
I was on HRT before PFS and have seen many Dr’s on the subject. What I can say is that balancing hormones is not easy even with all the drugs at your disposal, things change over time. AI’s become less effective over the years and you can end up needing to increase your doses £££
I wouldn’t want to be doing Andractim unless I was under medical supervision with a good Dr. If you want free real world help with hormones I recommend groups.yahoo.com/neo/groups/hypogonadism2/info they don’t know the answer to PFS but they are experienced in the use of HRT. If an Andractim based treatment will work long term then that’s something worth considering if you weigh up how long it will take for a cure to be discovered.

The reason why it garnered so much attention is because JQD is an egomaniac with delusions of grandeur. These kinds of people often have a lot of power over their fellow citizens (For example: Hitler). He promises easy solutions “backed up” by a oversimplistic and false theory. Also people are very desperate around here.
Thankfully he has now disappeared to another forum and his followers will soon realize that he is insane. I truly believe that JQD should seek professional help (psychiatry).

Goldstein does recommend Andractim. He says a lot of the guys he sees have a bad T to DHT ratio. This is after being on low does TRT. So the Andractim is used in low dose to try and help that ratio. 10:1 is the target.
Andy, Dr Goldstein treats about 2400 patients a year (none seem to come here) with about a 60% success rate, he tells them to order andractim off the net. I tried inducing my own DHT, but with PFS there is a limit, so I went back to my original conclusion, DHT replacement. It works, we only use a tiny amount of the gel, while everything is suppressive, it is the only thing that allows us to respond to testosterone properly. The propionate protocol is advised with it, Goldstein uses lots of pills and creams, I believe using propionate vs cypionate makes it all you need.
If you use andractim without testosterone injections, it will shut your production down eventually, must be used together, follow us on the new thread on solvepfs.com

The site is more upbeat, all about fixing this, using hormones, nice positive people, negativity isn’t allowed, it is basically the opposite of this place, it is where we believe hormones reverse and fix this, and experiment with different drugs. There is a lot of data there, come join and follow the new thread! If they don’t want us here that is fine, a huge amount of guys have already signed up. I have after 6 months of hell got to the end and I feel this is my long term path since it is something that has already been used and tested with success. The only difference is I am using my propionate protocol, the key here is to get better, and that’s not what this place here is about, but solvepfs is about getting better. I believe we can peacefully coexist, you and I and others with my views can post there and support here without fighting.
