yes I have my brain dick connection back but first two weeks was like hell. I become extremely obsessive anxious and irritated… yet even under extreme anxiety my sexual function was incredibly perfect.
While on aromasin, I was okay there was no psychiatric effects like this.
If any one who thinks to try this, I recommend utmost supervision from psychiatrist or a close friend.
This thing is far more dangerous than aromasin yet many more times effective for EF at least to me and after two weeks I feel better my mood returned to normal.
For one day i tried atomoxetine i got total EF i was able to achieve orgasm with flaccid state. I think any kind of NDRI noradrenaline reuptake inhibitor or inhibition gives me ED. Next day i have recovered. My Erectile function is stable i was able to achieve full erections in relaxed state only with imagination.
Cabergoline works perfectly on erectile strength and brain dick condition.
Unfortunately i have really increased anxiety levels. I am on edge i got angry over small things.
I will try Cabergoline until June if i can control my anxiety level in check.

You could try something to boost serotonin as well. Not sure about the anxiety

My anxiety and agitation subsided also I feel like cabergoline loosing effectiveness… Erectile strength is good but ejaculatory strength returned to pfs levels why the f.ck I did take atomoxetine. I am so regretful…
I will try to cycle it or I can go on may be this is a temporary step back at least I still have good erections.

@Zonz by skin issues what do you mean? My acne eliminated after I started finasiteride. If you mean sensitivity yes I got a numb dick only thing helped with it was aromasin/anastrozole… cabergoline has only a mild effect on sensitivity.

Well There were two beneficial sides of pfs for me, my acne cured and got a really thick dick may be %20 to %25 percent girth enlargement happened.
My erections are still okay I quit from Dostinex for a week now. My plan is to restart it after withdrawal and confirm it’s effectiveness.
I’ve restarted cabergoline after 2 weeks of discontinuation.
I got same positive effects like first time.
Ejaculatory function restored also, 100 percent erectile strength came back.
It seems cycling it works.
Edit: I got boners all day and night, I had to wake up for easing my morning woods.
I got same response like first time I am glad that loss of functionality of drug was not Permanent, my theory is, may be dopamine regulation adapted to drug after long term usage.
After this experiment I will take this drug like a cialis For weekends.
So far I have two successful drug works for me like a functional cure, one is aromasin second is cabergoline.
I am incline to test some other dopamine agonists or may be combination of aromasin and dopamine agonist…

Is there any difference on orgasm sensivity and intensity? My orgasms are at a point where they are almost numb now and it feels discomfortable to ejaculate. Semen volume is very low too. I can’t even remember how good an orgasm should be, makes me depressed. I hope that’s not permanent too?
What you can say about that based on your experiences? I feel like there is a damage done on the PC muscles somewhat.

Did you notice any bad side effects from aromatase inhibition?
Did you have any sides like insomnia, anxiety or joint popping/pain before or after?
My immediate recovery with cabergoline points out neural issues though I cannot be sure without complete ultrasound or MR of penis.
This time I can confirm sensitivity and orgasmic feeling also restored. (At my first trial I got only mild improvements on that sides.)
Also refractory period really shortened I can come 10+ times in 2 days without loosing erectile strength. (First run there was no effect on refractory period)
I really need to test it with my gf.

@inbrugge of course I felt, if you read my posts from July you can see, it was extremely painful to endure them especially at first week. First fatigue was extreme, plus I lost ability to sense of 3D depth but I recovered from them in a week then joint pains started I was able to control them with epa fish oil then they normalized after 3 months.
Today I tried medazepam a benzo, it boosted erectile strength but kills orgasmic pleasure. I am still under effect of dostinex this is 4th day. I will not take dostinex tonight but I will try atomoxetine one more time tomorrow
I am convinced that cabergoline works on me, atomoxetine gives me definite Ed and madazepam Makes dull orgasms I hate this I really hate this… now I have to convince my doc for cabergoline and he is not sure about long term effects on hearth tissue…
Why have you even decided to take atomoxetine ? norepinephrine is anti erectile.

My Psychiatrist thinks that increasing prefrontal cortex dopamine will help my libido… I was on methylphenidate it was good. For some reason he wanted to change it. While I was on mph first 4 to 5 hours it kills erectile function but after that it restores my libido to pre pfs levels, this shit kills erectile function for 18 to 20 hours with single dose…
He gave me a benzo until it kicks in fortunately, benzo corrects ed but, causes pleasureless orgasms…

One is aromasin it restores me to adolescences levels of libido completely restores penile sensitivity but not as good as for erectile function and ejaculatory function.
Other is cabergoline it fixes erectile function and ejaculatory function, works way more better than 20 mg cialis but not as good as for orgasmic pleasure and sensitivity…
