I have started with 1/4th of 0.5 mg pill it worked asap in 1 hour.
7 hours later i took other 1/4th and next day i took other half, since then i took 1 pill 0.5 mg every 3rd day.

Do not exceed 1 mg per week also if you feel any chest pain drop it or continue under medical supervision. Though that side effect is very rare. If you have panic disorder this might trigger extreme anxiety and since you know the cause do not worry about that.
Take it in the evening you will get a very deep sleep.
I also get closed eye hallucinations they are beautiful i think it has similar effects like LSD microdosing.
