And brother i am not cured, I am recovering, I am expecting this step backs. I wish that in the end my worst case scenario is to keep my libido with sensitivity and best case is to complete reversal of pfs I believe it is possible. May be this increase on Ed is like the situation after we quit finasteride body overwhelmed with dht and free testosterone…

The binding of androgens to the AR increases the stability of the protein, transiently elevating AR protein levels in a variety of cell types22. The expression of the AR in MCF-7 cells usually is rather modest as can be seen in Fig. 3a, b. It can be enhanced considerably by incubation with DHT for 3 days. Surprisingly Exemestane is considerably more effective than Formestane. The western blot results are complemented by immunofluorescence results showing a drastic increase of the AR expression in MCF-7 cells caused by the incubation with the AIs and their derivatives. Immunofluorescence results also show a translocation of liganded AR into the nucleus. In contrast to the control, most AR proteins locate in treated cells nucleus (Fig. 3c). Apparently the induction of the AR is an additional feature of these substances which are able to inhibit the proliferation of ER(+)/AR(+) breast cancer cells through activating AR as androgens.

To confirm that steroidal AIs and their 17-OH derivatives reduce the growth of ER(+) breast cancer cells by activating AR, we investigate whether these compounds can bind to AR protein and promote AR transcriptional activity. As shown in Fig. 4a, 17-OH derivatives of Exemestane and Formestane competitively bind AR with an IC50 of 10.44 and 18.16 nM, respectively. Their affinity to the AR is almost as high as that of DHT (IC50, 4.02 nM).

A little update, I have increased inflammation and joint paints due to extreme aromatase inhibition but, I am trying to endure it. I am in constant pain but it is endureable.
On Ed nothing changed.
I still have restored penile sensitivity, refractory period and excellent libido these things are fixed by arimidex and Aromasin.

These are common signs and symptoms of low E2. On a scale of 1-10 how bad is your pain? Do you think this is a sustainable course?

Yes it is manageable with high dose fish oil and may be with aspirin. I have some loss of cervical vertebral elasticity. Weird thing is my e2 is in upper high normal range. It is not even close to low end.
I have a fix for libido and orgasmic satisfaction but almost no help on Ed except first week of treatment. I made a spermiogram yesterday, looks like my ejaculate volume really on low end side 1.9 mL at 4th day. Other parameters are okay sperm count a little lowered but motility is increased a lot also morphology is in best ranges of my life. I do not know why the hell is my semen volume is so low.

I started with joint pain and clicking joints, two year later my joints are scraping like hinges all over my body, I have pain and probably I have developed OA. You should be really careful with that as if you get to the same level, you would not be able to work normal job and that will drag you down really bad!

Yes my long term plan is every day aromasin 25 mg until to complete 30 week then will drop dosage to 1 pill every 7 or 4 days. According to studies for venous leakage this must be the time on TRT treatment and i highly suspect form venous leakage my secondary guess is some thing wrong with my prostate because my semen volume is really low… even girls noticed that and now i have spermiogram results

That is so strange. Are you testing your E2 with the “sensitive assay” offered by some labs? That is the most accurate test according to TRT clinics and bodybuilders.

No this is not CDnuts protocol this is @JustQuitDut protocol i am trying modified version of his protocol. I have restored sensitivity, visual lust, refraction period extreme libido but almost nothing changed on ed. As sides I have joint pains and stiffness also i am angry and tense but relaxed at the same time.
Also this protocol is dangerous some people are so badly affected by it and committed suicide but some got better. One thing is sure that it is very risky

I Believe it is sensitive array but, even if it is not sensitive array it is not a problem anything above 30 pg/ml do not require sensitive array. It is needed for values under 18 pg/ml and mine is 34 very close to upper range.

Check this post. This is why it is dangerous. I experienced estrogen rebound just like quantum faith only thing that I done differently is I never dropped arimidex or Aromasin completely even if my ed went worse I kept going and I took regular doses everyday unlike taking small amounts depends on effects.

Yes during the course of protocol two Times my ed worsened a lot but I recovered to my regular pfs levels and now, I have an excellent libido. When I see a woman first thing pops in my mind is how to f.ck her of course I am not a pervert or animal but, this male instinct was gone for almost 8 years and it came back!!

This is a Class off drugs called Aromatase inhibitors, they are anti estrogens they eliminate female hormones.
They effective on physical and psychiatric changes. If you have depressed and low serotonin levels, they crash you in to a more depressed state because, estrogen and serotonin are closely related.
If you have good serotonin levels or not depressed your anxiety will be eliminated via increased Androgenic effects. It all depends on your physiology.
They also up-regulate 5a-reductase and dht production. They usually increase free testosterone to Supra-physiological levels.

Also body needs estrogens for bone and vascular health and when you block estrogen production inflammatory cytokines (interleukin 6) will increase and you feel like that you have mild flu.

This is a dangerous way because sides are serious and yes Quantum Faith R.I.P. had to end his life because unbearable sides.

I am doing this because I was already in bottom and I needed an effective solution though if I knew quantum faith’s story before starting of the treatment I wouldn’t start it but, I was on 3rd day when the guys warned me and I was crying out of happiness because it was working very well.

When I ask for it (penile Doppler) every urologist automatically send me to psychiatrist, then I loose money for nothing, in the end they told me to go to urologist again! and this time they (urologists) say I should go to a better one… I really do not understand why the hell it is so hard to order this damn test!!! So I always play dumb and not to tell anything or asked to urologists if, I choose this way at least they put some effort to fix my ed. That’s how I get them to test my full hormone panel.

My updates,

Every thing is same, no help on ed but Visual Lust, Libido, sensitivity refraction period still recovered and normalized. Sometimes I couldn’t kept my emotions and crying because of happiness i have a normal sex life if i take cialis now i will try experiment on dosage and augmentation.
For bad sides like arthritis and joint pain i took 1-1.5g niacin and 1.5g epa fish oil.
I am working on gym without any problems.
I do not feel any joint pains since I increased the niacin dosage.
My blood cholesterol is in perfect range LDL 97 total 166 Triglyceride 82 mg/dl
But my Mildly high Bilirubin went up Total Bilirubin 1.7 mg/dl direct 0.4 mg/dl all other values are in normal ranges like ALT, AST, Urea, Creatinine.

I have started Sulbuthiamine 200mg and as of yesterday testting aromasin every other day interval.

Hi, i don’t know your story, just a quickie, how did you recovered those sexual things? With oral DHT? Did you ever felt bad on dht? Thx. @DHT Would you say your erection size/quality and semen volume came back to 100% normal? I don’t even remember my pre-Accutane erections man… this makes me think i will never know if im completely cured or not if i start to get better…

My main problem is low semen volume just like yours.
