Summery of all Natural Treatments!!!!!! READ PLEASE!!

something I’d like to add is that personally I made the experience that suspension tabs in general works for me best , I don’t know whether it’s due to digestive enzymes but for example magnesium suspension works for me better than magnesium tablets.

Eucommia ~$25 - Amazing stuff. Built a tolerance to it though.

Amino Acid Foruma ~$12 at GNC

Interesting read here on something called the “Active B12 Protocol Basics”

Only certain brands and specific types of each vitamin actually benefit people. For example, B12 Cobalamin is garbage, use B12 Methylcobalamin.

Sea weed, (brand Midofilan)

While its not a permanent solution, I would recommend taking epsom salt baths. I usually take one once a week, pouring about 2 and 1/2 cups in a warm bath and sit there for around 15 minutes.
I’m pretty sure the body is just absorbing magnesium from the salts, giving a temporary relief. If I take it around 6pm i’m left feeling good for the rest of the night.

Saw palmetto is a 5 alpha reductase inhibiter for sure.

Although dutasteride damaged me I have taken saw palmetto on two separate occasions to find out it made the situation worse. It’s a proven 5 alpha reductase inhibiter. Honestly I did not even start getting any of the symptoms we get until the first time I took saw palmetto which was 4 years after I took dutasteride (avodart) for bph. This is no j/k the avodart screwed me for sure but the saw palmetto brought out the symptoms 4 years later.

Also there seems to be evidence that fish oil and zink reductase DHT.

Stinging nettle can free up bound DHT but at the same time evidence is there to suggest that it also a mild 5 alpha reductase inhibiter.

Honestly guts just my 2 cents. Best to get in the practice and business of not taking sups that have any chance of acting as a 5 alpha reductase inhibiter

What ever happened with this? It’s so discouraging that these threads always seem to be given up after a while. This could still be extremely useful.
