To summarize, if you eat grain, soy, chicken (that eat soy) or eggs from those chicken, or use some type of plastic, you get lower testosterone and higher estrogen.
Apparently, chicken are the worst as they concentrate the worst phytoestrogens from the soya they are fed.
It reassure me in my diet: I don’t eat grain, soya, eggs or chicken. Only beef and greens and some fat dairy products.
