Short-term Recovery with Choline, Inositol, Cod liver oil, Phenibut

I’ve had this same reaction happen several times from several different supplement combinations. Always works for a day or two and then disappears. Never sustainable

Yes, for me this was the case in the first to second year, after that the the timeframe in which I felt better actually increased vastly, and by baseline increased, too. For example morning wood returned 2020 and remained for months.
Also before 2020 I was never be able to be visually aroused, even in the improvement phases from the supplements. This was one of the hardest symptoms to improve on compared to sensitivity and orgasm duration.

I think there is a good chance that pfs improves over time.

It’s been 8 years for me and I feel that it may be worse than ever. Sorry to be the bearer of bad news… cialis, levitra and all those things don’t even work anymore like they used to. I get morning wood but that means nothing at night when it’s time. Nothing lasts, something is blocking us…

Did you ever feel normal again? What was your progression?

Brief bouts and no more than a few hours if I’m lucky. Happens once every few months, usually when I try something new that should help. Then my body finds a way to build an immediate tolerance and block results. It’s mystifying…

I’ve just got injections for ed. Nothing else will help anymore. Might eventually have to get an implant to get erections I’m thinking…

@Cormega1 its always been the same for me. Apart from earliy on when i was prescribed paroxetene at the very beginning. I got a few months reprieve then crashed, the dose was increased the same thing happened followed by another increase then i got approx 6 years of normality… Since then i had one or two days or even a few hours via different supps, foods etc then became resistant. i wasnt aware of pfs then, so relate, it does make me wonder whether or not we need to hit our bodies with greater amounts to get past the block as in what i unknowingly did with paroxetene. An approach thst has been floated a few times. Nevertheless a very risky one.

@hopeless94

Interesting thread. I’m on the amino acid/neurotransmitter path.

In order to save me the pain of reading 200 plus posts haha do you mind sharing a general time line/summary of the amino acids you tried and the outcome. And or any conclusions you came to as far as which amino does what for you.

Iam not even sure at this point, because I cant tell which one really affected me. Many supplements that helped me didnt have anything in common.

I would start with ketogenic diet and try to increase dopamine and inhibit prolactin.Tyrosine+ Mucana puriens + Vitamin B3 as a prolactin inhibitor.
Then maybe experiementing with choline-sources like Alpha-GPC or normal choline.

Good improvements with acetyl-carnitine, rhodiola and amino acids.

Major improvements via antibiotics, which isnt the first time that it improved me

Hey man, i think you should change your name to ‘‘Hope’’ or something. Believe me small things like that does make a difference.

Keep in mind, Carnitine is an AR upregulator and your main issue is already upregulated AR. Seems weird some PFS cases improved with it.

Well, who knows the mysteries of human body. Take care, oh and, please detail your improvements for other members.

I think the vaccine made me crash lol not sure lol. Then after couple of weeks after I have like certain time windows in which I am normal sexually, but they tend to go away rahter quickly. For example on one day I have a good amount of libido in the morning and zero in the afternoon. Very weird indeed. Maybe workouts make me crash?

Hi man, I’m looking for men that actually recovered, and are not gay now. Do you have sex with girls or men? No offense meant. Just want to know how many straight men recovered. Please let me know

Not gay, and recovered.

Took vyvanse and everything went super sexual

So you saying vyvanse cured you ?

Either vyvanse or the antibiotics that I took for 5 days. Still taking vyvanse nothing else. Improvements happened on vyvanse even before antibiotics. In the beginning it was only small changes, errection quality went down, but visual arousal came back.

Antibiotics always made me improve, but it never really lasted.

Currently stable for about 4 weeks, no crashes. Libido ist through the roof. Nothing compared to the improvements that I had claimed before.

Iam just posting this so someone can read it up while researching.

could you name antibiotics you taken

Seem to be seeing a trend in that adhd medications/stimulatory drugs seems to improve situations in some people

amoxicillin i think, some penicillin derivate.

But Iam quite sure that it only somewhat boosted the positive effects from vyvanse. It took probaly a month or so for vyvanse to work, it was getting worse at the start too, especially the erection quality. Stimulants are kown to cause vasoconstriction.

My opinion is that PFS isnt about common androgens but about neurosteroids. I think finasteride or isotretinoin can cause neurological damage to some of the pathways that regulate hormones and stuff in the brain. Amfetamines are known to affect sex drive but dont increase testosterone directly.

Hello!
What vaccine are you talking about?
And how come you got vyvanse? Was it prescribed against ADHD?

What medications except vyvanse? Adderal or ritalin?
