Hypo, could you please be so kind as to review my blood work? I would really appreciate your input.

Guys, sorry but the tests are not complete. Just realized my doctor forgot to order DHT and estradiol.
Will post them again next week, tomorrow I will have new blood test taken. How I hate that needle!!! 
still, if some input can be given with what I have, great!
More news!
My endo says that DHT is already included in my levels of free testosterone, and therefore we dont need to test that specifically.
Any comments?
