Sage Therapeutics Clinical trial of SAGE-217 (Zuranolone)

Tolerance in the sense of psychotropic drugs. I can take morphine for pain at the same dose and eventually I won’t feel a thing. On the other hand Drugs like deca will continue to bind to receptors and produce anabolic results no matter how long the patient chooses to use deca. Unfortunately playing with hormones does seem to throw anyones body out of homeostasis causing side effects. If you want an even more interesting read look up Tren dick. It’s theorized that overstimulation of the CNS with a hugely androgenic steroid like tren causes the body to adapt by desensitizing androgen receptors across the body. Many tren uses report erectile dysfunction for months (and up to a year) after the cessation of use. come to think about it there are many studies showing that even after one cycle of anabolic steroids the body never really returns to normal homeostatic T levels even with proper PCT. Just food for thought…

Precisely what do you mean by the term “fuck all”? Confused here

I’m confused, you can actually purchase Zuranolone (for lab purpose only). Has anyone tried…?

I just read that it finished phase 3.
Wonder if it will be approved.

Its now officially FDA approved and should be available. Should be easy to get prescription for it.

I want to try this while doing intense daily exercises as I originally crashed after intense work out (exercise increased GABA and Glutamate).

It’s only avaliable for post partum depression as of now right? Might not be so easy to get a prescription unless you got that?

And what’s the price? Usually these new meds are really pricey in USA.

Also what dosage and length would (maybe) work for PFS. We don’t know.

Unfortunately the news just came out that it was not approved for MDD. Stock price dropped 50%

I’m sure if it isn’t approved yet, it will atleast be prescribed off-label eventually. The psychiatric industry is pretty desperate. And this sounds more promising than ketamine or psychedelics. . I just wonder if it is meant to be a long-term treatment, because it looks like it’s only used for 14 days in post-partum depression.

Is there a legitimate way for people living outside the US to get the drug ?

Apparently its going to cost between $20k to $35k per treatment.

I wonder how long it will take for the price to come down so that the drug becomes affordable for people who just want to try it ?

There is only one other postpartum drug available to moms

Currently, there’s only one drug on the market that’s FDA-approved to treat postpartum depression. The drug, called Zulresso, is only available through a 60-hour, one-time infusion, and can cost as much as $20,000 to $35,000 per treatment.

The 20-35k is not for the pill, but for the IV type.

In your article it said the price haven’t been announced yet for the pill.

How much cheaper could the pills cost ?

If the treatment costs a grand or two for the pills I would seriously consider trying it if I can get it in my country.

it’s going to be a rip-off, any new, breakthrough drug is. Buying raws for a reasonable price from a research chem site might be possible soon though

The last time I looked the “research” version of the drug was way more expensive than cocaine and its not even illegal.
