"prostate symptoms" are really pelvic floor/perinium?

My main issues are sexual and I’d be interested to see if anyone else has tried “feldenkrais routine from Hannah Somatics book, Neanderthal no more routine from T nation, constructive rest from psoas book, Rochester facial Somatics routine” like the guy @moonman1 quoted with any success. I know it’s an old post with not much buzz after but thought it’d be worth asking.

Yep, I tried it for a short while with no benefits.

I mean physiotherapy for pelvic floor dysfunctions. Did anyone have any improvement. I have hard flaccid almost entire day. Dont know if this is related to pelvic floor or something else which fin destroyed.

Has anyone tried this program consistently?
I’m thinking about trying it because DCT is not getting me any further.
The guy wrote something about muscle tension that I definitely have, so it could work for me.
Even though I can’t explain what muscles have to do with no reacting to alcohol, not being able to fall in love etc.
But he also wrote that he felt that large parts of his brain were “switched off”, so who knows…

I went to a pelvic PT for about a year that basically does the stuff in the Wise-Anderson book. This was not for years after I got off the poison though and still had lingering sides like an overly tight pelvis. It’s a little helpful and mostly gives you some stretches that can help increase circulation to the area. YMMV. In general I’ve found it mentally helpful to find practitioners that actually believe you and most pelvic floor specialists will understand. You have to do some research though beforehand as not every pelvic PT handles male sexual issues. Others don’t take insurance so it’s a mixed bag.
