I think that suppressing the 5ar enzym may open a gateway to a immune degradation. There might be a mediator of this reaction involved. 5ar seems to be a natural defence mechanism besides being a DHT precursor.
Finasteride is compromising the immune system in a way it changes how cells operate. It is such a spectacular change that it will be obviously seen within a fair microscopic study. I have no doubt about that. It has to be investigated what really happend to mitochondria functions, what might be blocking hormonal conversion and expression in the microscopic scale. This investigation should be done by an independent institute. University might be the right place, because pharmaceutical corporations will not reveal to us this holly grail medicine.

I was a little bit drunk when I wrote that someone deserves to be killed due to this situation. I do not have a big picture of this situation and i do not know who is responsible. I only know that these people who were in charge of adressing finasteride to hairloss lifelong treatment should be accused of doing this.There were no real long term finasteride studies for hairloss treatment. Money played a major role here and this is why that crazy company deserve a legal punishment.
You have to undertand something. All of us have been lied about the health. All of us have been lied about the medicines and the causes of diseases. But I tend to agree with Fina in the fact that auto immune diseases are defects in our brains/neurological make up, in which I have no doubts about the fact finasteride DOES destroy 100%.
So Iām agreeing with you both to a degree but yes the way we feel and act is controlled by our brain/neurons which in turn produce our hormones.
PFS for me is 90% neurological damage within the hypothalamus/pituitary from there within causes the other 10% hormone fuck up.
