So the derelaization has somewhat settled if it was 11/10 its like 8/10 now. it waxes and wanes throughout the day. When its bad it gets to 11 but it wasnt as punishing chronic yesterday. Also 2 nights ago my sleep pill hit me again. After a day of lots of stomach gurrgling. It hit me like 4/10 on a scale but it did help me. Last night was less but I did sleep for 5 hours. Its Definitely tied to my guts and having these meds in my system.
New symtom though
I havs crazy visual snow already . Light streams streaks etc… but now holy fuck. Theres like a green pixelated bar at the top of my vision that will not go away. When I close my eyes its white when I open its green. Like its locked in. When I was driving home from a movie a couple nights ago it was absolutely insane. My vision was so staticy and depth perception was so off and so many light streaks and stains it was completely overwhelming. It this keeps up there no more night driving for me which fucking sucks. Had anyone had this and had it settle. Like my vision is really bad. Have people gone blind from too much visual snow?

Chronically low vit D and b12. Vit d is 27 (range is 75-300) holy fuck
He gave me a prescription for 50 000 iu dose pills lol. That would most likely put me in the grave. Mind you I haven’t touched vit d and last summer I did feel slightly better in the sun I had a brief window there. I know low vit d is super common but should I even try taking a small supp ammount? B12 is out 100% not trying any methyl donors. He wants to give me a shot snd I know that would literally break my body apart

I started having floaters and poor vision about 5 years ago, which would have been 2 years in for me. I had to stop driving at night as well. I hope that your vision clears up. Jim
I pray man. Sitting in the park and feel like im on a boat in a storm. So fucking dizzy wtf is going on for me to get hit this bad out of nowhere

How did you manage to get zuranolone? My brain and body is pretty fried after a bad mistake I made as well. Not many drugs make me feel much better anymore. I’d like to try allopregnanolone. Don’t have anything left to lose

This dizzyness and derealization is next level. It feels like im on a rocking boat all the time. Had anyone had this and it passed before. Its really almost debilitating im afraid im going to fall down and hurt myself. The blurry vision derealization is fucking insanity. Like a thick thick field of static and total dissociation. Mixed with the extreme dizziness this is breaking me. Had anyone had constant dizzynsss and had it get better. Ive experienced dizzyness from standing up too fast (blood pressure?) before but this is different it’s like my brain isnt processing properly.
