It devastates me but at 29!!! Ah ok that’s interesting it’s probably better not mentioning it as u get ghosted and the loon bus gets called. Does he reckon u could bounce back or suggest anything else?
I don’t like to waste my time and nerves to convince the docs about a disease they won’t understand.
Personally I believe or I have almost to say I fantasise about it to bounce back. My doc told me it could stop the process or slow it down. Deep in I know it will be really difficult like impossible but hope still there. If not it’s ok I can still walk, talk and see.
If someone wants to try Vitamin C too, please keep in mind that a dosage of more than 1g would not be healthy for your body.
I’m pleased to hear that at least your doctor is taking the changes you’re experiencing seriously, like taking photos and discussing it with another doc. Could you not matter-of-factly say to your doctor that other men who took finasteride also have this? Irrespective of there being many unknowns about exactly why this happens to some of us, at least it looks pretty obvious as to what caused it. If this was a crime scene, finasteride would be standing there, bloody knife in hand. I’ll also look into vitamin C.
When he talks about the process, what specifically is he referring to? Collagen degeneration? As I said, it’s encouraging that you have a doctor that at least gives you the time of day and expresses an interest in investigating. It’s sad that this feels a rare event. At least you’ve still got body hair, I’ve lost a lot of the hair on my calves, some of it as smooth as an old man’s, or a cyclist!
Wishing you all the best with everything.
@LazarusRy I hope for the best, thank you.
@Scotsman On the next occasion I will talk to him about Fin. First he wanted to tell me that in his opinion my body was looking pretty normal (wasn‘t showing him my knee, forgot about that at this moment). I had to convince him to do more researching. He saw that it was concerning me a lot. So he started to take some pictures and called me the day after. He is a good doc tho.
Yes he told me that the degradation of my collagen is accelerating and if I start to take the vitamins it could slow down the process. It is more an esthetic issue he said. It should not have consequences with our health.
How are you doing? Did your skin got better, worse or stay the same?
Thank you I hope for you guys too.
But do you keep the same training / diet regime?
Do you have any before photos to compare/contrast?
No because the gyms where close and i had other symptoms like insomnia and brain fog ( think god i’m now free from these sides ) didn’t let to focus on work out and when i tried to do some push-ups i didn’t feel anything like muscles sorness
Very noticeable changes which are all too common. Many of us were health nuts and even vain as I am/was which makes it very difficult to accept. One day it may reverse as it has for some
The difference is pretty evident. Thanks a lot for sharing.
Like wtf for 3 mg of fina i fucked my life ! I hope we can recover i will work hard for that
Don’t blame yourself none of us made an informed choice. One or two guys have recovered from these changes. Repeated use seems to be a factor in quite a few . Ie trying different supps etc some of which mimic fin which makes them a lot worse. Stay away from such things to max ure chances good luck
Finasteride biochemically feminised us.
It’s not just feminization, i didn’t get gyno and all that, infact my chest has shrunk totally along with each and every muscle in my body. My muscles are not able to hold the joints properly anymore. This is very dangerous.
Take the survey man.
I am fucking old men in only one year from this fucking poison:
- body oddor changes
- fat loss
- penile fibrosis (Doppler was performed)
- skin changes (aging skin, pale)
- face of old person
-, hair changes (dry and texture changes)
This fucking poison have destroyed my mind, physical and sexual performance. I lost muy Job and a lot of friends.
This is a fucking nighmare.
