So improvements were gradually after 2 years, while doing paleo diet?

yes, unfortunately the improvements are very slow and gradual. I am not a doctor so I do not know how it all works. there is also a supplement called blue ice fermented cod liver oil and butter oil that I took and that I still take on and off. This is a top paleo supplement and I suggest you check it out. also brazil nuts and quality eggs and meat seem to help the sexual system. Cut carbs out, this is really important.
lift heavy as it boosts testosterone. stay away from all estogen like beer, soy, bread, sugar, corn and all thatā€¦

I still lift weight and the diet is still low carb, although I now eat some complex carbs

I know it sounds redundant, but could you describe this ā€œno lifeā€ on your penis? For example: were you completely impotent or did you have erections a few times? Did you lose erections in Ć  frente seconds while standing? There were times when you didnā€™t respond to cialis? Could you give more details?

initially i noticed zero erection in the morning and that is the signal that the drug has worked against me. when i tried to masturbate i would get a very low erection, minimal, not enough for intercourse. Very depressing stuffā€¦ These symptoms lasted for agesā€¦ Cialis I only took it a few times for pure sexual reasons and it did make a difference.

Hey, no offense taken, thanks for taking the time to clarify. What I posted needs to be said every now and then anyway as newer members on the site arenā€™t always aware of the disparity in symptoms and severity between patients.

Can you talk about your physical appearance during all this you could gain muscle and etc or did your body change ? No libido or low libido ?

While you were working out, did you also use any supplements like whey protein? I think about using some ketofriendly.

no libido. zero, I didnt notice much about my appearance/skin apart from my face getting thinner.
I started building muscle after a few months. I really went into weight training full on, (careful with your joints initially I injured myself trying to lift too heavy) I tried several supplements and did all I could, I realised that if I had alchool pasta or pizza my penis would be like dead. Now I enjoy drinking and carbs in moderation, I avoid beer as much as possible for several reasonsā€¦(do your own research) and have had no problems having sex when quite drunk. My spirits of choice Gin and Rum and I mix it with diet soda drinks.Also as a "true surfer "I smoke weed in the evening. Stick to it and believe, it will improve . follow a protocol as I mentioned . donā€™t do much cardio if any, lift heavy, use lots of healthy fats and also exaggerate on saturated fat too (coconut oil, Bulletproof coffee, Ghee, quality butter tallow, pork scretchingsā€¦ 85% chocolate also helps, Also supplements that stimulate blood flow and vasodilation , Arginine, Citrulline malate, N02X supplements, ZMA at night before bed, But you have to train in the gym 1 hour 4/5 days a week and follow a paleo/keto diet.
Experiment with intermittent fasting while eating the same types of foods.
IF YOU ARE OVERWEIGHT REDUCE YOUR CALORIC INTAKE! COUNT YOUR CALORIES! AFTER ALL IS DO OR DIE.
Avoid all estrogen possible, google estogenic foods, do your research and take action. avois sugar.
also eat plentiy of cruciferous veg, this it really and stick to it. please stick to it.
compound lifts seem to work better than isolation exercises.
I happy to help you all. try this stuff out and give it at least a year and positive changes will happen.

Whey isolate is very good, protein you need it to build muscle but maily to boost test levels you need saturated fats. fatty meat cuts, qualoty eggs, read my reply to the other fella about supplements

Iā€™m glad to hear that youā€™re doing so well.

Unfortunately, if it was possible to fix this by going to a low carb diet and lifting weights, nobody would be posting here, weā€™d all be recovered.

I donā€™t doubt that general health improvement can come from being fitter and carrying less weight but Iā€™m concerned that this is being presented as a way to cure this condition.

We have numerous examples of people that have gone to the gym (or even start from a position of being very strong and fit) and who have changed their diets to no avail.

Best of luck to everyone but supplements, diet and going to the gym is not a replicable treatment plan. The forum goes back ten years or more and we can find these plans and instructions throughout but cannot find many corroborating stories, normally just one person at the middle saying that by diligently working out they fixed themselves.

Interesting to hear your experiences surfer. A few questions. did you have anny pelvic floor tension/discomfort during pfs? And jow long into the diet did you notice erektion improvments and when did the libidio start to apear again?
Did you go zero carbs?

As I said, improvements may come even after a few months (4-5), but when you least expect it the syndrome kicks in again, to be fully recovered it may teke even 3 years into the changes. I still eat in a similar way although I can now afford to cheat more with my food and drink. If you keep up the radical changes in lifestyle you will improve. Follow a bodybuilding protocol. Keep fats high. dont drink and train hard in the gym. this is it really. It has worked amazingly for me. But be patient it takes time.

Itā€™s sad how the old members (almost all of them) donā€™t mind coming here for some support. All that remains here is negativity.

Given the nature of this condition, youā€™re not going to see a forum bustling with carefree merriment. The reality is that people are suffering and/or trying to cope and posts here will reflect that. A user the other day said this forum was too optimistic

I agree that itā€™s frustrating that some older users, some of whom claim full or partial recovery, move on and donā€™t offer updates to the forum.

What happened first and how long did everything happen from starting to feel recovered to felling fully recovered?

fully recovered means random erections on the train, higher libido, morning erection everyday. sex with partner better than ever even after a few drings and a spliff. ā€¦ this will happen gradually. As I said on the journey you may have a few good days in a row that make you believe it is over and eventually it comes back even though you are following the same fitness and diet protocol. I can say these days that I am recovered becaue I have not had a drawback in over 2 years. until then it was still not fully recovered although I was gradually betting better (more life in the genitals) more days with morning erection and better quality erctions.
My suggestion is that no metter how long you have been suffering get all in inti a paleo bodybuilding lifestyle. this is the way I eventually succeeded, I got the ideas in this very forum and with time and effort and a loto of patience it improved.
Black Maca is an amazing supplement for libido. But has to be Black.

dont expect results for ages, it is better that way. if you find yourself improving for a few days do not chant victory, It will likely return, thae you ll have a few better days again ā€¦ use cialis with partners it will help while recovering.

In my worst moments of the crash, I feel my penis ā€œhollowā€, just being a piece of meat hanging, as if there is no blood circulating in it. One of the descriptions I read here that best explains is that I could squeeze it in the middle of the shaft and my penis would literally bend 90 degrees, as if there were no tissues inside it either. I wasnā€™t even ā€œrespondedā€ to Cialis.

Have you ever had such a crash?

iI have had that feeling many times. I know what you mean, dead meat.
Cold showers are also an amazing tool. get into cold showers. Your penis will shrink becauso of the cold anfd that is a good sign, as it no longer felles as dead meat.
