thanks for your wishes! to answer your question - I did provide urine sample before prostate secretion attempt and after the attempt.
When the Nurse attempted the prostate massage to extract fluid, it was so uncomfortable that I actually collspased on the table. I could not last more than 90 seconds. No fluid was found at tip of my penis then. After a few mins I provided a urine sample again.
The report names staphylocaucus and one or two more organisms.

I am on oflaxocin (400 mg) twice a day for one month. I so do hope for some relief if not sexual, atleast in terms of urinary and fecal incontinence.

can any more experienced people also help analyze my sex hormone profile? the discrepancy between low total T and very high androgen index and how the doctor did not find anything to work on with there?

The Free Androgen Index is what I got. no free E2 was taken. The antibiotics have worsened my symtoms. I am peeing 7-8 times a day and pooping 4 times atleast. my prostate feels senstive after everytime I pee…

Just a quick headsup after many ages from my side. Financial constraints was the number reason I could not pursue meeting any top PFS doctors for a long time. Even after meeting one earlier this year, I could not start a program (medicine) earlier.
I have started Clomiphene (50 mg)/Arimidex (1mg) as of Dec 10th.
I have lost 22 lbs in the last 12 months but at 190 lbs (5 feet 8 inches height) I still need to lose more weight. The 22lbs weightloss has not impacted my health (sexual health) in anyways.
My ED has worsened in the last 2 years.

Hope you get some good results. I am based in Toronto. Trying to see an endocrinologist but difficult to get appointment. Who are you seeing ??? Thanks
