Hi. I have taken P for 14 years. I had a terrible time sleeping. My heart raced, Iād jump up in the middle of the night, ect.
Once I stopped P, the heart stuff has seemed to subside, but I still had trouble sleeping at first. I solved this problem. I realized the biggest problem I was having was, get this, NAPS. It sounds silly, but I was taking a nap or two throughout the day. Then when it came time to sleep, Iād have to down a melatonin, a night time asprin, affectionately reffered to as the āblue bomberā, and if that didnāt work, Nyquil.
In any case, wicked unhealthy. But I quit the naps. It was hard at first, but once I did, I now sleep through the night soundly. Itās a blessing. You need sleep for your brain to be repaired at night.
