Right guys enough of this bullshit.
I have read about the potential for solid compound weight lifting helping in the recovery process. I have also felt some improvement in isolation taking zinc picolinate 50 - 100mgs daily. Erection size increased. Last year I did a lot of cross training and my memory got better but libido stayed the same. I have decided to work on low rep heavy weight program focusing on size and strenght increase, I don’t care about cut etc, this is purely for increasing test. I will be getting bloods taken every month or 2 to see improvement.
I will draw up a diet plan and a workout plan at a later stage and I will adjust supplementation but this is what I intend to start with and here are my labs
plasma test 167.5ng/dl well below bottom of normal range!! (254- 900ish) have also scored 264
plasma lh 3.7iu/L (2-10)
PlasmaFSH level 2.5iu/L
SHBG 21 nmol/L (10-50) have also scored 25
R Oestradiol (NEW) <73 pmol/L dont quite know what this means
Plasma prolactin level 132mu/L (55.4-276)
