Kenneth C. Frazier, President and Chief Executive Officer, Merck & Co., Inc. since January 2011, prior to which he was President since May 2010. Prior to his appointment as President, Mr. Frazier served as Executive Vice President and President, Global Human Health of the Company (since November 2009) and Merck Sharp & Dohme Corp. (2007 to 2009). Director, Exxon Mobil Corporation, The Pennsylvania State University and Cornerstone Christian Academy in Philadelphia, P.A.; Member, Council on Foreign Relations, the Council of the American Law Institute and the American Bar Association. Mr. Frazier also served as Executive Vice President and General Counsel (November 2006 to August 2007), and Senior Vice President and General Counsel (December 1999 to November 2006) of Merck Sharp & Dohme Corp. (formerly known as Merck & Co., Inc.).

I think they are equivalent to al qaeda or other terrorist groups. They’re reckless, the way they hide detrimental effects of their pharmaceuticals is nothing short of terrorist action and the judge and jury should take their legs out from under them and teach them a lesson when the law suit comes about. Looking at the picture of that snake in the grass pisses me off.

There is documentation proving that Merck actively threatened anyone who opposed vioxx. Literal threats. They are the definition of evil.

With all their connections and money I am sure think it will take a real long time to see justice served though the system that now serves to almost protect them. And in that time they will ignore us and keep ruining peoples lives, the justice system… I mean this guy is on the board of Exxon Mobil.

They should actually be afraid of what they are doing. They are creating hundreds of males who really have nothing to lose.

I feel the same way.

If I truly decide I have had enough, I take comfort in knowing I have nothing to lose. I would take as many of those dogs with me as possible.

I still believe relief will be discovered.

What are the chances of finding this ass hole in New Jersey? I’ll go up there and kick his *** personally and make him think twice about ruining peoples lives with his irresponsible, selfish actions. Fuck that guy. There’s no one in the world that disgusts me more.He’s took part in more deaths than 9/11 and the war in the middle east combined and is probably living life like a king.
