if adrenals are damaged ,they can’t produce the right ammount of T they should…it could be a way to investigate …and me and others had adrenal’s results out of ranges
Yeah but, your DHEA and Cortisol levels look pretty fine, no? Cortisol’s a little on the high side, but obviously not in any way that’s destructive to your T levels. I don’t think they are the problem. Interested to see what the pregnenolone does for you. I am interested in trying it as well.
ye about cortisol,but what about my androstenedione and aldosteron?they r out,and progesterone is too,it’s a high libido’s inhibitor …and acth,that’s the only thing also my doc said wow! it’s fucking high and high like this is used to be in old ppl … so, the only evidence’s just about adrenals …
what I could think is not that there’s something destrupting T but:
1 adrenals don’t produce the right T they should,and this more T added to testi’s T would give a good feeling cause of making higher ur free T
2 acth,progesterone etc imbalances are signs of something not working good
3 I feel alway exausted and tired cause of 1 and 2
4 more guys had sowhed to have some problems with the same hormones or at least hormones produced by adrenal glands,so this could be a common sign like u Quint had too (with different hormones but still adrenal’s hormones)
more i gave my blood results to a personal trainer (a BB) and he said me to try cabergoline and proviron but tha he doesn’t like the androsteron aldosteron acth progesteron results and said me to have an ultrasound at the adrenal glands cause this could be a sign of cushin syndrom…this s what he said,so i ll try to investigate more…
another thought i have is that ghb helped me and ppl to recover somewhat or at all…so,or it’s just because of gaba system,or bcause sleeping deep rem can restore and recover the adrenals like paulwater said (a ghb user of the forum)
using proviron,i can feel that forgot recall of dht sensation . that’s the problem guys ! for some reason we have androgens insufficienty …even with this small dose of proviron (50mg)i feel it,but it’s not enought ,i think it should also be a estrogens prevalence that let me feel like this … so i ll go on with proviron 1 week more,just to feel better for 1 wwek,i need this sensation and after i ll eat kilograms of quercetin and dim to let estrogens goes down …and after that i ll start my 1,5 mouth non stop with ghb that i used for 14 days and helped me a lot.

yes i feel like that. 3rd day, but i dn t think i ll stay on it so long cause of the negative feedback on my own testo…even sleep is somewhat better,less anxiety and better mood too…and that old feeling of beeing horny,but there 's still something stopping it to be good, i think i have still: or too much estrogens in my system or adrenal’s problem…i explain this :
from an italian document (that’s why i dn t post) high androstenedione an high aldosterone (like i 've) even if they 'are androgens,make estrogens higher cause they get converted…more, this high progesterone is a lock 4 libido… i ve to revome these messes,i want to have a ray x at my adrenals to understand why of those hormones…
sorry to repeat it again ,but since propecia (when i was on it) i felt costantly something in my abdominal (inside) and after discontinuing it ‘s never stopped,i feel that’s where my anxiety starts and i feel that my abdominal r always strong and touching there i feel pain …i also ve some rush on my skin (red color) on the abdominal… it’s about sex and emotions too,i feel like tired to feel emotions or excited 4 sex and for everything,like if there was no explosion feeling in all areas of my life , so i think about adrenals … i even can’t smaile cause of been exausted,i can’t feel anything really…but looking at my father ,he’s 60 yrs old and he is more healthy than me,than i dn’t think it’s only due to Testo ,cause he’s not a shit like I’ am … there is somemore,all the system is fucked up 4 sure,but it’s strange that I’ve not resistence 4 anything .
Italy, you should look into gluten allergy/intolerance!
I too had that feeling and that red rash, was feeling like shit when i ate gluten. Took me 2 years to figure that out. Better now, still not great.
Gluten intolerance or celiac can cause hormonal dissturbance and is ppl with celiac hav lower dht than non celiacs… If you have a rash and abdominal disscomfort try it, or at the very least look into it!!!
Italy, what is your sleep like ordinarily? Some of us here recently were comparing sleep patterns and quality, and it seems like many of us sleep like shit. Not getting to stage 3/4 or REM phases might be, I think, both a symptom and a cause of what a lot of us are experiencing overall.
The more I read and the more advice I get from people with experience and from my doctors, the more it seems that deep sleep is abolutely essential for keeping hormones in healthy ranges. Plus, hey, sleep is free, right? Not saying it’ll solve your problems entirely (or mine), but it would be interesting to hear what improvements someone like you with “good” numbers might notice. Although, as far as I recall, you were one of the ones taking Xyrem or GHB of some kind for a while, right?
For the first time last night I started taking timed-release Melatonin, which dissolves 6-8 hours after it’s taken. The idea being to get me to not wake up at 5am like I always do. I do feel better today after getting a good sleep, and hope it continues.
without any supplemets i can sleep even 12 hours now,the problem is the quality of my sleep that is not so good…just small time i really can’t sleep and want to stay up even if i’m dead man walking …on ghb i was starting feeling that rem sleep coming back,but it was time to stop cause i didn’t have any prescription no more…this time i ve a lot of ghb to go on 1,5 mouth or even more,so i ll try…i think this weeks very soon .

Hi MEW,I get some tests from my doc and Ill do them…but,(I can’t find it from google)do u know if these kind of problem can be the root of my low libido and impotence?..I’m so afraid also because for these kind of issues the can use SPIRONOLACTONE to low down the high pressure…let me know if u know something…thank u so much.
