i can’t understand how can it be that sometimes i had higher free testo and lower dht and other times i had higher dht and lowe free testo…and more…why estradiol is so hight at 2007 bloodtest while testo total is same of the others…at last bloodtest testo total is higher than ever but etradiol is not…why?

more i can always see relatively high prolactin…and more i did another bloodtest on fina and the results are exactly the same of these…so my situation isn’t changed from fina and after…

it’s 3 years having brain fog ,ed,libido problems,never have spontaneous erections and always tired and it works when it wants…what r u saying,and more,that’s total testo,not free testo and so high total testo can converts into estrogens like when i was on propecia…and more i had 2005 bloodtests on propecia and they r exactly the same of these done after discontinuing the drus,this means that things have not changed after dicontinuing …maybe 4 mental u mean neurotrasmitters-

Hahahaha. Italy, I think Quint just meant that the fact that your high T isn’t a result of supplement/HRT use is in itself strange. He meant “mental” to mean weird, bizarre, etc… not to mean “a result of psychosomaticism” or mental side effects.

Sorry, it’s what 3pm said – bad choice of words maybe. “Mental” as in “that is fucking crazy.” I wouldn’t be contributing in this forum in the first place if I thought anyone’s problems were strictly in their head. Apologies.

But yeah, those results are totally crazy. I guess that’s good news, in a way (most here would love to have those numbers), but obviously it means very little when you’re still suffering, I know. My T results have been both high and low in the year+ that I’ve been getting tested and there’s never been any real correspondence to high levels and feeling any better. I felt just as shit with high levels.

You should try and get an ultrasensitive E2 test done. Or even better, is it possible for you to have your Dr fill an order for Rhein labs from Italy? I have been tested with Rhein – it’s a 24 hour urine panel, which you freeze and ship yourself. I just don’t know what the technical details would be to do it from there. Maybe worth contacting Rhein first and asking. They’re quite friendly. Dr Crisler prefers urine panels to bloods because he says that they show hormone levels one they have made it through your glands etc. Maybe something would show up in there that bloods have not picked up or have concealed, in a way.

I still haven’t gotten the full results faxed (will do next week), but my T was low, E2 average, cortisol low-normal and DHEA way high. It’s as a result of those last two that I was prescribed Hydrocortisone for a trial period to see if it helped me at all. It really helped my anxiety at first, but since then it’s been very mixed. However, sleep has been really poor lately, which always creates serious anxiety for me.

Did you wind up using the progesterone or pregnenolone cream? I can’t remember if there were any updates about that.

no progesterone;about pregnenolone ,i’m still waiting it to get by post…it should arrive at days…today it was the 1 day on cabergolina and proviron…i’ll post what happens (it’s a selfmedication)…proviron should be an antiaromatase and could help with some more dht (mine is in range)…

do u think (by my blood test) it’s dangerous trying proviron having my dht in range?..what do u think about my choose to try provirol and cabergoline?

I know nothing about that stuff. Are they supposed to suppress DHT? Boost it?

By the way, Italy, I would post your labs if I were you over at places like Muclechatroom.com (Crisler’s forum) and/or anabolicminds and see what people have to say. Especially at musclechat they are used to seeing high T numbers, since many are on TRT over there, and are helpful about troubleshooting problems if someone has a good T level but still does not feel good.

I also can see from my blood that my adrenals aren’t so good (androstenedione ,aldosteroneetc are out of ranges)…i ll have an ultrasound on them .

I think the most strange in your last blood test is the difference betwen your Total T (almost above the range) and Free T (almost below the range). And like we all know just Free T impacts o libido.
All people say Free T just depends on Total T, SHGB and Albumin but i think there’s a missing factor here. But anybody knows… I have the same problem since my Total T si about 500 and free T is clearly above the range. And i have low SHGB and low normal estradiol. I think this is a common pattern in many finasteride users like i read in a bodybuilding forum.

ur free testo is above (mean upper) the range…than it’ s good !!! no?

about mine,what could be the problem if not estradiol or shbg?..the only more testo producer in the body are adrenals and how I can see,its hormones are out of ranges…so maybe they could be the real problem of all !
