It is not coincidence antibiotic boosted my libido %80 almost pre pfs level, and at the begining second month of my pfs antibiotic cured my erection and penis sensivity. Definetely not coincidence

Whenever a doc check my blood word he thinks he says I must be having the flu or some type of infections. But I have not been ill in such way over the past 5 years, no fever no cold. And I started to suffer hypothyroidism with antibodies attacking my thyroid after I quit fin. So all this kind of correlate with the auto immune implications with PFS. I wish we could get to the bottom of it, wether it is epigenetic modulation or else.
I’m really concerned about the lasting damage we could do to our body because of the inflammation and the auto immune issue.
I assume PFS can take various form and not everyone develop auto immune issues. I would be relieved to know if some PFS sufferers showing such symptoms managed to get cured at some point.
How long have were you on antibiotics?
How long before you saw this improvement?
Once for 7-8 days and second time 5 days, I saw that antibiotics are HDAC inhibitor and it helps temporary demehylation and stop androgen receptor silencing, this may work that way.
What specific antibiotics were you on?
Once amoxicillin 1000mg and then Floroqinolon

Do you rememeber was it amoxocilline paired with clavulanic acid ?
amoxicillin did bad things for me as i had h pylori and was hesitant then i used it combined with flagyl and clarix and ppi. now im in hell due to my stomac
If it’s an autoimmune disorder then why do some of us get better? @Mew got well enough to leave the site. Then again, he only took 1 pill if i remember correctly.
Is that true? I would like to read some of his posts from first to last but there doesnt seem to be a quick way to do that without scrolling through all of his 4.2k posts to get to the first one.
What does that even mean?
I recall reading some of his later posts where he was telling someone not to worry, they would get better over time. He said he also felt better over time. I don’t know if he was cured or anything, but from what I’ve gathered he felt well enough to sell the site and move on.
From what I’ve been able to understand, he felt well enough after years of suffering to move on. He sold the site and hasn’t been back in years.
Most sufferers seem to improve at least a little in time. Certainly doesn’t mean that if one leaves the site they’ve improved significantly. Many just grow disillusioned with the lack of progress or the sentiment of the place I think.
It wasn’t just that he left though, I’m pretty sure he talked about feeling better in his later posts. Talked about having had symptoms years before, then them going away. Also, I wasn’t saying the only way to leave the site is to get better. But it is one way for sure, and a common one I believe.
Well it would be nice if that was the case - I genuinely hope it was.
