Hello everyone 30 day update

February Friday 7 th I was very horny more than usual. but after going to bathroom for #2 I felt that I wasn’t as horny any more. I know its not very scientific and kind of childish but, I believe that something in my prostate changed after bowle movements it got massaged and hornyness went away. (I abstained my self from touching my dragon.) I was still horny but not like before #2.

that week I was feeling horny like I wanted to fuck all the time, my dragon got up easily and without waching porn or anything.
at work girl was wearing skurt and I felt the urge to talked to her my dragon responded accordingly to her curves and I had to stop the conversation before my erecation would become visible.

past manth leading up to last week I was getting horny during the day time randomly and that happened.

this was my life 3 weeks ago I was happy and excited. I hoped that it would last but it didn’t.

I am feeling different littlie set back. But I am an optimist and I will overcome this whatever this is. what I know is I am doing something correctly and I will not change anything.

I didn’t eat anything particularly different I don’t know what triggered this temporary recovery but I feel I am going forward.

I am noticing changes I sweat m ore and my face is oiler I observed this changes. oily face started September it was not that noticeable like now and I remember some days it was oily and some notes much now it is oiler.

my other change that I see is with my muscles. I see that my muscles are hard to the flex that is how hey have to be. this wasn’t the case fore me 6-7 months ago I had to exercise to and after stopping exercise fore weeks they would go back to mushy.

I don’t know how or what the drug did but it looks like things are getting back to normal.

sleep is also getting better.

I sleep deeply and 8-9 hours more and more. But some times I have sleep that is very bad like 5-6 hours or shallow dreams wake me up or waking up after 5 hours then going back to sleep.
right now I feel that this week is not that good. I mean it is better than 6 month ago. I just want it to end and everything to go back to normal.

I notice something else that is strange, I wander if its just me or others also notice it. my hear doesn’t fall off of my head some days and some days I have shading. I feel changes week by week sometimes good sometimes going back. 2 steps forward 1 back.

Also what I wanted to share is that I have morning erections like when you are waking up and close eyes and sleep relaxed state, I have hard erections when I wake up and 4-5 min later it goes away.
I makes me wander if it is neuro steroid, I think some steroid is produced in the brain and production stopes when I wake up.
what do you guys think?

try taking a daily hot bath for 30mins also.
Have you taken a shot of testosterone, it might not be a bad idea if you have not already.

I don’t think I have low testosterone. in fact I think that I have a high testosterone. based on my mood and muscle growth.

I don’t really know what to think of PFS really. I am getting better and my recoveries come from time to time and I feel that it is coming on frequently.

I remember doing exercise last year after period of not exercising I got recovered or close to recovery I was able to recreate this 2 times for some reason it just doesn’t work all the time (I don’t know why).
Second is honey is giving me recoveries, I feel my dick is more fuller and I have increased sexdrive. I don’t know why that is and It also doesn’t work all the time.

To be hones I don’t know exactly but my guess is that our stomach or GI track doesn’t absorb essential nutrients and that is what PFS is.

there are athleads who are cutting weights and loosing weights that also makes them lose libido while doing it. but it comes back after regaining weight. you can google it.

I don’t think adrenals could be the root cause of it all I think malnutrition absorption is the reason.

How do you fix it

I am assuming your asking about malnutrition theory above and stomach or GI track not obsorbing essential nutrients? correction I think that it is absorbing but no in sufficient amounts (nutrient uptake is lowered but your body still makes/absorbs them)

I don’t know exactly but my guess would be diet, changing diets and seen what foods really work for you.

try meat only diet and see how you feel at first ease into it don’t just go head first see if you benefit or not from it.

exercise slowly 5-10 minutes a day and increase it over the weeks to come see what works for you and do it often.

have a schedule wake up about same time eat food same time and sleep same time.

16 - 8 hour fasting is good to do in my opinion. last meal you eat should be 6 hours or more before bed time don’t eat anything after las meal not even tiny size food you can drink water tea or worm water.
everything is stress even eating food you body has to digest it and having schedule gives your body less stress to adjust to and I think healing increases because of this.

Have you tried sauna, hot bath or do you sweat a lot when working out.

Before SP I used to sweat a lot. but after the drug I had decreased sweating after an exercise I barely sweated.

I am sweating more and more during exercise. this wasn’t the case during the summer.

I always loved hot baths, every day I take hot showers.

I used to pour sweat out of my face when I did cardio. It would also be on my forearms, back, chest, and balls. Now it’s barely anything.

I think i sweat more or more easily with this condition.

interesting at first when I stopped I did excersise and it was July and I did 200+ pushups and I did barely sweated and it was hot.

In summer I had cold feeling I was wearing jacket in summer of 2018 it was hot but I was cold for some reason.

I feel normal now with temperature I don’t feel cold anymore. I sweat more and more like I used to now this started about November/December noticeable improvements in sweating.

I am only worried about libido but I feel like it will improve, it is batter that 4 months ago a lot better.

I feel my body is gradually improving. my dick looks deferent more normal and I can get it up by thinking about it much easier, it is far cry to prePFS but it is getting there.

I am getting 1 week full recoveries more frequently now. I think it I a good sign. I an here and ill post updates every month.

Hello everyone it is time for my monthly update.

I feel better, better then I was 3 months ago. Sleep is getting better and I feel very good after waking up.
My libido is coming back I feel raging hard libido after I wake up but it goes away 5 mints after I wake up.
I had a recovery 45 day ago and after this I feel different much better.
for example I can get hard by thinking about women now its soft hard but my dragon responds to its (pray :slight_smile: ). I think about women and fantasize more and more. I feel good I feel better I am absolutely going in right direction.

my main side effect is lowered libido and it is getting better. it is strange that my dick now looks more normal fuller it has more weight it’s more alive now. it started slowly and is getting better over time.

I want to tell you my observation I bought almond butter and I eat this every day one spoon on bread. after eating it I notice my dick feel better I feel like it is giving me benefits I started this about a week ago and every time I eat it I feel good.

Off topic but
everyone is under lockdown so I have time to study more and get 3-4 certificates in computer science and I want to tell you to get more education to stand out on job market. I think we will have economic crises when this is all over.

about corona virus my friend had it and his family has it now they got tested and it came positive. good thing is they are all better they had only sour trough and his father had high temperature but they are better now.

that is about is that I can think of new things in my life.

Last thing is more and more that I get better more and more I see how food affects me. I think digestion is the reason we all have such problems. our body doesn’t absorb essential nutrients from food like it used to before drug. I think this is what PFS is.

I believe everyone can recover nothing is impossible just give your body rest and push in right direction 16-8 fasting and schedule and light exercise.

Hello everyone, I have not posted here over a month and I am doing an update.

I have been feeling and getting better slightly over time.
sleep I good last night i had 9 hours un interrupted sleep. new sleep is that I wake up after 6 hours of uninterrupted sleep and than go back to sleep for 2-3 hours more. Looks like sleep is getting better.

My noticeable improvements are in libido area I have been getting improvements in libido also. my dick feels/looks Predrug. I get hard by thinking about girls and reading a sexual comment.
I am missing sexual urg like, lust or drive that I once had. I feel it little ome times but I don’t really have it like I had it before.

At to what I have been doing: nothing really everything is the same diet and schedule.

I have noticed that my digestion is the reason for my anxiety eating sweat fruits gives me little anxiety.
Also I have noticed that different foods affect libido differently for me. I need to eat meat if I skip a 2-3 days without meat I don’t have stronger morning wood and dick kind of feels numb.
But what I notice is that even if I skip eating meat for 2-3 days and appearance changes and numbness sets It is easily reversed after eating meat. above mention setbacks are not all the way setbacks it is like me at the best 5 month ago so I feel good.

I had spontaneous erections while walking and I feel good for mot part and good.

could you please go into detail how your fasting regimen looked like. How often did you fast? How long have your fasts been?

I started fasting in the beginning of 2019, before that I stopped eating sugar and sweats. at first I skipped meals I would eat 2 times a day on and off depending on how I felt. I did 24 hour fasts 1 or 2 times a week. that I think was a mistake. I was eating vegetables mostly and that also was a mistake for me. I realized I felt better when I was eating meat.

what I would recommend you from my experience is to start different diets. You see people react differently to different foods so you must find what is good for you.

I recommend meat diet start adding meat slowly and see how it makes you feel.

My regime was like: eating breakfast around 9 am heavy meat or soup with meat. 12pm another meal good meal meat mostly. 3 to 4 pm was last time I would eat anything for the day. after for I wasn’t eating anything not even a snack. at night I would drink tea or warm water (1 cup) and go to sleep.

I didn’t do meat diet for very long time I started slowly 1 month going in limiting carbs 1 month full meat diet and 1 month going out of the diet slowly.

to be honest I don’t think this is the best approach. I think I would be better if you had cooked foods like soups with meat. 18 / 6 hour fasting is good in my opinion.

I would have cheat days once in a month. I would eat cake and sweats but no more than once a month.

Why do you think the 24 hour fasts have been a mistake?

Did you consume caffeine in any form?

I think PFS is caused by several things one of being is lack of food/nutrient absorption.
This is my theory and I believe it to be true because when I had meat I had improvements that came only eating meat and they stopped if I didn’t eat meat for a day. similar things happen if I don’t eat food for 24 hours or eat vegetables for more than a day. that is why I have this theory.
I can tolerate more vegetables now as time goes on but after 2-3 days I have setbacks and after eating meat for first time in 2-3 days my partial recoveries are back.

I am getting better thanks to the diet and eating healthy.

About Coffee or Caffeine I don’t drink Coffee. It was in 2015 when I drank last time and it made me jumpy, hyper active and never touched it.I stopped drinking it in 2010 just didn’t want it. 2015 was one time friend bought it and it was disrespectful for me not to drink it.
