I agree we should wait for the studies before trying anything drastic but also some healthy habits can certainly help in the meantime for example:
-Gym: take it easy at first if this makes you feel crappy after
-CBD: just started yesterday and I’ll report back
-Meditation: If you search meditation on the forum you will see nearly 100% positive experiences from it
-Sauna: relaxing and flushes toxins
-Sun exposure
-Edging (seems to be a libido hack for me)
