Has anybody else had experience with these symptoms? (PFS)

2 days after taking my first and only pill of proscar, the back of my penis, the corpus spongiosum, turned spongy and remained quasi-flaccid even during erections.

Everything remained the same for the next 3 months (mid-May, mid-August) until even the front of my penis, especially the penile vein and artery in the middle, turned numb. Thankfully it was only the lower half that felt completely dead, but 2 weeks later, yesterday, my penis felt as if it has completely died off. I hadn’t masturbated for 3 days, which is pretty rare. My libido is totally gone, too. I don’t react to anything at this point. 1 week ago it was at least still manageable - I even had a sort of erection despite the numbness - but now I’m virtually impotent.

I also have to say that I had a pre-existing condition which also could’ve technically caused this. However, my corpus spongiosum really just changed overnight after taking fin along with so many other remaining symptoms (ED perhaps, libido, emotional flatness, anhedonia, depression, feeling of detachment, breathing problems? and headache, etc.), which is why I blame fin.

Of course almost anyone here experience these. I don’t know about that overnight penis change but that stuff also experienced here too. Do you also have a dent on your penis in the beginning? Its like a line like dent on the back (inner side) of the penis lower mids.

I don’t think I had that kind of dent, don’t really know what you mean. Do you mean at the inner base and before or right after taking fin? But anyway im not talking about typical sensation loss, what bothers me most is that spongy thing in the back of the penis not getting properly erect anymore/maybe atrophying. In the front the penile vein/artery feels totally disconnected from the rest and there are occasional spasms of tingling and pain there in the past week.

You have to take a doppler test, (xraying penis) just go for it and don’t lose time. Have you ever been on urologist? He will probably say its unrelated to Fin, while it is related. Also a hormone test would be fine. Try to stay healthy as possible, i also suggest doing a waterfast. (Check our threads about this)

I went to a good urologist a week ago, did an x-ray, an ultrasound and an endoscopy, everything looks perfectly normal to him apparently. He gave me a referral to an MRI and I’m betting everything on it. Did a hormone test 1 month ago, sadly only testosterone but it’s extremely high yet still acceptable.

Didn’t know about waterfasting, maybe ill give it a try. Also you mean after taking fin right, about the dent? still dont quite know what u mean.

Yeah i mean after taking the Fin. (the dent) So what your urologist say about your quasi-flaccid erections? Does your doppler and xrays tests shows any kind of tissue loss or changes in the penis? I wish you luck.
