Hmm, I also had this before it was very extreme. However it happened about two weeks after stopping Finasteride, which i had taken for 2 years.
Basically my penis was numb and rubbery. Could not get an erection at all. I could literally push my penis into my body, it was fucking terrifying.
After 3 weeks, things improved and i was able to get an erection. In fact my penis dramatically regained its size back to pre-finasteride size. But this caused another problem, i tried to get as hard as i could because i was excited and i injured my penis in many places.
I developed Peyronie’s because of this. It is because when on Finasteride your penis becomes fibrotic and atrophy because lack of full erections. So, i was able to get my full size back but now it curves and have some dents and wasting. But it’s still bigger than when i was on finasteride.
Now, i’m not sure this will happen to you because your T levels are lower than mine. My free T was at 512 and had high DHT. So i suggest you do a lot of heavy lifting, make ginger shakes (no calcium), and take testosterone boosters. If you can get on TRT therapy, ideally you would get DHT gel. BUT be very careful pushing your dick too hard if things do improve or you’ll get what happened to me.
EDIT:
Also do not touch it. Do not masturbate, do not do anything. Let it heal. Let your body get its T levels back up. Stop stressing, i know it’s hard but try going on walks, playing video games, etc.
After i developed Peyronie’s i was prescribed Pentoxyfilline and Cialis. The Cialis is a miracle and amazing drug, it allowed me to keep my dick stretched so that the scars healed properly. I did 5mg at night and supplemented with L-Citruline in the 3000mg in the day.
BUT keep an eye on your erections if you do take Cialis, priapism is extremely dangerous and almost happened to me. Buy some Sudafed, take 4 in case of emergency. Do this before you start the Cialis. If you have Sickle Cell Disease you can’t take Cialis.
Your dick is weak right now - do not stretch it! do not masturbate! do not have sex!
EDIT2:
Also, you should have gotten your DHT, Estrogen, and Cortisol levels checked as well. I don’t see those in your results.
