Its worth making a note of this.

Patients with GBS may have circulating antibodies against gAChR, which may contribute to the autonomic dysfunction associated with this disease.

It looks like they pulled the first SSRI from the market strictly because of its tendency to cause GBS.
According to this document a second generation SSRI was not ruled out as a causative factor for inducing GBS in a small number of cases.
