Getting better over the Time

Bro hang in there, you are not going to die, just wait a little bit and I will post of what I am doing, I hope that this time it going to work more consistent.
Give me like 4 more weeks to see how it goes.

What are you are doing was that help me a lot in my recovery, I did intermittent fasting for more than 2 years…it is hard to tell what exactly bring me at the stage that I am right now.
I only can tell you what I did in general since I put my effort to get recovered I think it was back in 2016:

1-I took Bupropion for 8 to 12 weeks (I was in very bad mental situation, I was thinking to suicide several occasion).
2-Run regularly every week (I am doing it until now).

Supplements list

1-(Ginger Powder + Cinnamon)
I recommend use those supplement together only very early in the morning: at nigh can cause insomnia ) 1 TSP Ginger powder + Cinnamon extra 2 pills ( one time at day ).

2-Tribulus + Acetyl L-Carnitine (Dosage can vary person to person)

3-( Gaba+ L-Theanine + Magnesium L-Threonate ).
I took these 3 times at day ( Always take before to bedtime ).

4-Omega 3
Regularly not everyday

5-L-Dopa
I took it 3 times at day
Morning 2 pill , Afternoon 2 pills, Bedtime 4 pills

6-Bromelain (2) pill a day / (1 morning, 1 Bedtime) + Wobenzyme (4) pill at day / ( 2 morning, 2 Bedtime.

8-Astragalus ( I took only one bottle / 4 pills at day)

7-Vitamin C

What kind of intermittent fasting did you do? 16/8? Days at a time?

So what do you take now?

Unfortunately, physical exercise makes my situation much worse. I would love to run, but it would destroy my body. Once I ran every day, now I can’t even do light stretching because then I crash.

I sympathize with you very much
But the crash is very difficult.
It’s good, it’s bad, it’s recovering. Me?

did you had the symptom of not being able getting sexually aroused by visual stimuli?
Can you now get aroused and rock hard by looking at hot women?

I am not at that point yet but I can easily get arouse with a little imagination, not problem having sex despite of having low free testosterone.

This gets reported so often by “recovered” people, that the one thing they couldnt fix is the ability to get aroused over visual stimuli.

Worrys me that there might be something that is broken and isnt able to repair…

If I have some of the avoidance foods like beetroot I often get spontaneous wood and visual arousal it only last for a very short time and is linked to lowering of DHT! I also get blood in my muscles and a temp feeling of wellbeing followed by some sleep very strange! then it’s followed by a temp worsening of my very low baseline. I use this approach occasionally when I’m really fed up with the constant malaise etc

I don’t need my hand to get aroused or to get an erection, I get arouse visual but not so much as having an imagination fantasy, it could be 2 thing,
1- My free T is very low ( it was show in my last lab a few weeks ago ) it could cause effect in libido and erection quality.

Even though I am having strong and lasting erection while I am having sex with my wife.
The speed of getting the erection is improving also, again to the speed of response to get an erection can be affected if free T is low.

2- To much Porn.(Everyday porn masturbation), can an effect to some degree the visual stimulation when it become a daily routine.
I remember to that the first time I watch a porn was a picture, then videos, after to be accustomed to videos picture wasn’t stimulating any more. I am not saying that porn cause ED.

Also I can eat basically anything without crash.
Fast food, honey, sugary drinks, cake, gluten, etc…

The porn thing just makes sense. To think our ancestors got turned on by ankles.

The porn thing doesn’t make sense if everything is fine only visual stimuli doesn’t work. Too much porn consumption leads to desenzitesed dopamine receptors which then would cause a variety of symptoms like lowered libido, less motivation, less self esteem, etc.
If only visual stimuli is impaired, and nothing else, porn consumption isnt the cause…

Wait, I am not saying that visual doesn’t turm me on, I am saying that visual stimulation is not like like before, osviusly I masturbate with porn and a lot, fantasy turn me on faster, porn become the every day routine.
I get more aroused watching a real woman in a sexy dress than watching a porn and if only I imagine talking to her a dirty word then I get the erection faster than porn.
It seem that porn itself are no having to much effects on me.

Dude. I think its because of the betaine that is in it. When i take betaine it at first amps me up (its a partial glutamate agonizer) but in the end worsens me.
