VisionQuest had some success regaining flaccid size after cleaning his gut using Magnesium complex and continuing with Fish Oil and Vitamin E/D. He still has the occasional ups and downs but I have adopted any of his protocols
Did some one go through this and then somehow was able to get back to normal size and girth?
Does HCG or Testosterone treatment work to Stop or Arrest atrophy/shrinkage of Testicles?
Guys - nothing is working for me. I now have a child sized penis - almost like reversing puberty. My testicles are pretty much gone - although every once in a while they magically “inflate” When that happens everything seems better. Unfortuantely lately more bad days than good.
My doc is trying clomid next - I would like to try HCG but he has not bitten yet…
Anyone had success or I am looking at being a eunich the rest of my life?
What do you mean he has not bitten? Is HCG seen as a “last resort” option for docs?? Why is that - is it dangerous/side effects?
Is there anyway to STOP shrinkage of the male genitalia SOON after it begins (in the early stages of PFS)???

hcg suppresses your system. thats why docs don’t want to jump to it. hcg mimics LH to stimulate the testicles to make more T. Therefore, your pituitary theoretically will shut down its signalling to produce more LH if you have induced LH from an external source.
So is clomid best for small balls/stem?
most pfs/anti aging docs go to clomid because it doesn’t suppress your system. it tricks the pituitary into thinking more T needs to be produced. So your pituitary continues to signal for T to be made and your testicles should get somewhat larger. hcg on the other hand is an exogenous substance that is put in your body that mimics LH so the testicles work hard to produce T and your pituitary senses this and shuts down. So you testicles will get larger on hcg, but when you stop hcg your own system will take awhile to start produces its own signaling to make more T.
So what works best for shrinkage- Clomid?
Hey guys thought I would add something to this thread.
Super quick recap… Took propecia for years, quit around June/09. Never really had a terrible crash… A lot of ups and downs with various supps, cialis, arginine, etc.
I am willing to try something if it seems to work for others. I got on board the whole prostatatis thing around Sept of this year. Just now finishing up treatment with a local prostate doc. Treatment consists of a 2 minute or so prostate drainage done about 2 times a month. Maybe 3 the first month. Taking 1 allimax (garlic supp) and oregano oil capsules (1 or 2) daily.
As for prescriptions… Treatment started with zithromax+amoxicillin then septra and now finally flagyl. All generic brands.
I take 1 cialis 20mg a week.
Now the reason why I posted. When I got to flagyl, after a few tabs my penis girth returned to pre PFS size. The outer skin maybe somewhat thinner or more veiny… But, after 2 years of the thinner girth, I almost forgot how thick my penis used to be when erect.
I wish I knew exactly what the cause was… if it was the combination of the ab’s or just the flagyl… but, my girth has remained. I don’t think it’s the massaging of the prostate since there really haven’t been that many.
I was thinking maybe flagyl or an antibiotic cocktail might help someone else. My prostate doc kept me away from quinolones. My testicles, sensitivity, libido is relatively stable. I don’t think my treatment protocol made any drastic changes there.
Penis size when erect IS a drastic change. Seems like 50% thicker. Think cialis in combination with flagyl or more ab’s can maybe help someone else with penile shrinkage.
Unless it was just time that brought my improvement back… Don’t think so, though.

No idea man. I hope it was the flagyl and not everythiing combined… or time.
I know others have said they had temporary improvements on ab’s. Who knows why that is? Inflammation lessens? Low grade infections? I wish I knew, too.
Just knowing I got thickness back after a 2 year hiatus is a positive for all of us.

So another A/B shows improvements- this one is fairly potent. Has anyone else tried flagyl??

Just curious and not sure if this is safe - but has anyone tried a topical antibiotic? (like flagyl in its topical form)? 
This is great! This is not the first time antibiotics have a positive reaction on PFS. We are definitely on something here.

wait, so do you experience the increase in girth only when you take flagyl? Or is it a permanent effect??
It seems to be permanent, when erect. The skin is still not 100%, but, if it’s not as thick as it was, it’s very close. As well, still very slight rotation of the head… which many have here and who knows what the deal is with that.
