Excessive urination what is the real cause? vasopressin?

thanks for your input.
how many days did you use?
Any negative thoughts for St johns wort?

Most recently it was 1 capsule only

500 ml of tap or bottled water makes me urinate more than 1000 ml of rainwater as well as water from lakes, rivers, ponds. I feel better drinking the latter, never getting sick, and I feel my body holds onto it and uses it better, and the former goes to waste more. Free water for 8 years; every saving counts.

Grapefruit, kava, pomegranate, and xian mao block P450. Xian mao comes with a disclaimer that it is “mildly toxic”. That tells me something, just as saw palm being “good for men” tells me something. Do the math.

I stopped tap 2 years ago, been drinking from glass bottles since and urine issues have not changed. Allergies and peristalsis (leaky gut)seem to trigger the excessive out put for me.

Guys , I will be happy if people object my theory with reasons. I will be happy if they bring up questions which my theory cannot answer. My theory is because of liver, we have low free hormones (all kinds of hormones).

One of the problems with theories is that people just don’t have the capacity to argue with them.

Like, how the hell is some random guy with no professional background in medicine or science supposed to debate a complicated medical problem that scientists the world over haven’t got the answer to?

It’s a genuine question, imagine if 500 people put forward a theory and they’re all wrong, how much time does it take for an average guy to know what he’s looking at and to understand none of the theories are any good?

This is why we need to present the problem to skilled professionals in the field and let them guide the process.
