Sad to hear… have you tried Balkan Tribulus? Any DHT medication? Did you have worsening sexual sides over the years? Or it stayed same? Thanks.
Still no luck in this department for me either. It’s one of my most stubborn symptoms that never really gets better. I’m starting to think I either have pelvic floor knots/tightness or the muscles down there and prostate are atrophied
I might of tried it not sure I’ve tried so many things, nothing has ever changed with that side effect. I have not tried mirapex I’m interested in trying that its tough finding a doctor that can prescribe meds for PFS in Minnesota. I believe it’s a dopamine issue
I have tried somatic exercises and pelvic floor exercises with no luck, pudendal nerve entrapment could be the cause but its usually associated with pain.
@voice Hmm, did you have worsening of your symptoms over the years?
Also, @Lostinaustin is there any medical information that hormonal balances can cause atrophy in muscles? Im just curious, don’t have any knowledge on that causality, sounds bad. I too feel like there is a problem on the muscles but its probably not the muscles… it’s the prostate! Ever made scans and tests for it? Maybe even muscle tests? My prostate size was normal, but it was just the size test i did.
The only time I ever recovered my orgasm was when I suddenly stopped T4 (thyroid) and NAC at the same time.
They both increase dopamine. So by lowering my dopamine very sharply the receptors in my brain worked again for some days. Then it went back to bullshit orgasms.
Never worked again. Only once.
My orgasm symptoms stayed the same, penile numbness and erections got better, my overall mood got better which can actually help some of the symptoms.
Did you repeat the same process? Correct me if I’m wrong but to recover your orgasm for even one day is a huge deal, I’ve honestly have not heard of anyone being successful with this but I have not been on the forum in many years
So somehow its about the brain and dopamines instead of muscle or hormonal issues you assume?
The orgasm pleasure is created by the pelvic floor muscles. They contract before climax… i don’t know how important the dopamine is on orgasms… maybe its all connected. Dopamine probably gives the mind rush and ultra focus on to the sex or video you are watching idk…
I still feel like I get the mind rush or dopamine release during an orgasm it’s just the muscle contractions and what not have no feeling. I think it’s more related to nerve or muscle functioning than to dopamine but I’m not a scientist or doctor. Neurotransmitters fluctuate so much that I should have had one or two recoveries in the last 7 years but something like nerve or muscle damage seems more long term and plausible. I hate to say it but it’s just what I’m thinking currently.
Doctors don’t know much about orgasms but from doing mri scans on the brain they believe orgasms start and finishes with the brain. It’s complex it could be pelvic floor muscles to I know I have no pleasurable contractions. If anyone has had better orgasms even just for a day I would to hear the treatment they used or routine tthey went through.
I had a period of very premature, pleasureless orgasms.
This resolved for me. If I could tell you what I’d done, I would but I am sorry to say I don’t do anything specific, aside from avoid 5ar inhibiting substances.
I remember some people got better on orgasms with Vemo/Medi-herb Tribulus, which i ordered it too and waiting it to arrive. Aside from that a friend named “DHT” here uses oral dht, and said he can feel pleasure now.
That same user also uses aromatase inhibitors
I tried it but it never worked again. My last normal orgasm was 2 years ago.
Normal orgasm means for me pleasurable feeling in brain and genitals or even whole body.
What doctor did you find that would prescribe these meds? Do you know of any in the Minnesota area? I checked PFS foundation lists of doctors they had one from MN but he’s retired.
Feeling (bad orgasm + numbness in dick and foreskin) improved quite a bit for me over two months.
I try to masturbate a lot and take cialis daily. The masturbation feels horrible (severe ED/numbness), but it seems to help. When I masturbate a second time it literally always feels better than the first time.
So I had posted this site before but it is worth checking out
It’s a site dedicated to people with ejaculation with out sensation check out the cured section, again most these people probably do not have PFS.
It would be nice to collect a list of meds or treatments that cured or gave temporary relief for people from this condition.
So far we have, mirapex, t4 and Nac, tribulus and oral dht. It would also be nice to see a before and after hormone profile of someone who was cured.
My orgasm actually gets worse if I do edging and don’t ejaculate for some days. Then I get horny as hell but orgasm feels like nothing.
If I cum every day or every 2 days I have some feeling at least.
This is exactly what I observed!! I have been masturbating for my life since (some breaks but I try hard to masturbate several times a day) and the feeling has been getting better slowly. At first I thought it was just forcing blood flow, but now I think that the orgasm may have additional benefit.
Have you tried Cialis/Tadalafil 2.5mg daily? It has no direct benefit for me (erection), but I feel much less numb and castrated on it.
