Yeah it makes me nervous that it could cause injury before it ever actually gets me hard.

Still fully recovered. No symptoms of PFS, thank God.

I now only use the bathmate like once or twice a month. I use Cialis probably twice a month now. Having very strong erections, and sex 3-4x a week.

There’s hope guys. Just stay positive and keep at it. Keep doing new routines till you find yours. There is an answer.

Checking in from that other thread. You didn’t mention the sorghum protocol here- do you think it helped/was necessary? Any other protocols that you did that you think helped?
Also, how long did it take on the diet and exercise to see improvements?
Lastly, if you’re now fully recovered, why are you still taking Cialis? Just for comfort or does your body need it?

hey there, i never took sorghum.

it took about 3 months to see improvements. I take cialis mainly for comfort and think my body still needs it. I take now 10mg a month. So 1 pill every other week.

yes loss of sensitivity improved i believe from the penis pump. I did meditation and i focused on feeling my penis without touching it a lot

Been a while. Update:

Feeling pretty much fully recovered. I have not taken any cialis in the past 3 months and have sex 3-4 times a week with no issues. Size and girth is back to normal. Length sometimes feels smaller than prefin but not much. Sperm count doesnt feel as full as prefin. So this will be my next focus.

Still shedding like crazy, but my hair still looks the same. Super weird. Overall very happy with my progress.

Any tips on the pelvic floor exercises? Main thing I found was to basically sit on a tennis ball and massage yourself with it which I think has actually helped a bit as weird as that sounds.

Hey, i did kegal exercises and pelvic floor stretches can find some on YouTube to try. Meditation helps with your mental health, it takes a long time though. Took me like 4 months everyday to get results

Hey can you go into more detail on exactly how you improved sensitivity.

Did you have total penile numbness? how long did this symptom take to recover
